“Haven't received yet (3 weeks after order). Two interactions due to delay--felt like excuses were provided. E-mail and woman I spoke with very nice, but not confident in whether or not I was/am going to get my books.”

“The ordering process was easy, but the wrong order was sent from the publisher. Everyone I talked to was friendly and fairly responsive, but it has taken over a month of me calling or emailing and I just got part of my order yesterday. In the end, it looks like it is going to work out but it took way too much time and effort to make it happen.”

“1. On your website the book was listed as "Hardback" when in fact it was a board book and of no use to my Picture Book Business. 2. The other half of my order was not in the box and I was not given a second tracking number. I have no idea if it will arrive or not. 3. It took about 10 days from ordering for the order to be shipped. 4, Communication was spotty and harried. 5. How do I return the useless books? This has put my business in a serious time/financial crunch and I am very disappointed.”

“CS takes too long to return emails. I returned an order (which I have email proof and never got my money refunded even though they said they would). When I emailed them about the refund, they sent out the same shipment I returned!”

Hi Monique. Your order details have just been brought to my attention and I wanted to personally reach out to offer my apologies for our lack of communication as well as any confusion that Janessa may have caused. It is always our goal to keep our customers up to date with the status of their orders. We then shipped out the books to your APO on April 7 and they look to be in limbo somewhere. They look to have left the US on April 18 and that is the last update we have. I'm very sorry for the extremely long delays. We are getting another order expedited to you to replace these. “Well, the staff on the phone were service friendly, but my order was late by more than a week due to current health situation. The problem was I never got updates about shipping...always left feeling it may or may not cone in. My suggestion is that in future just do automatic updates on shipping status. That would take care of problem. Otherwise, books finally arrived in great shape.”

“Haven't received the books yet--but it was SO easy to order and I appreciate very much the ability to buy bulk. Fortitude by Dan Crenshaw is a great graduation gift, so i'm giving it to all in my son's class. If I couldn't buy bulk, I couldn't afford to do this. Thank you!”
