“I am really pleased with the quality of the ottoman bed I ordered, the fabric looks so nice and the ottoman is easy to use. The delivery team where really efficent, tidy and took all the rubbish away with them. I would definetly order from Button & Sprung again.”

“All parts of the transaction and delivery were seamless. The folks on the phone, the delivery guys - all perfect. And the bed itself is exactly as described. Elegant and comfortable.”

“Only issue so far has been with the delivery experience - all other aspects have been fine. I planned my day around the 2 hour window that was given a few days prior to the delivery date. The delivery ended up coming 45 minutes early with no prior warning, while I was in the middle of a work meeting. There happened to be a handyman on site that day to let the delivery guys in - I’m not sure what they would’ve done otherwise. Assembly was very quick. They were already gone by the time I saw the bed, 10 minutes before the original start time. Normally I’d be happy with things running ahead of schedule, but in this case it seemed like communication and expectation setting could be further improved. I haven’t had a chance to use the bed yet but trust that it’s fine.”

“Button & Sprung were wonderful to deal with from start to finish. It's such a bespoke service and I spoke to people the whole way along the process. I even dropped in to see Martin at the logistics hub in Wandsworth and he was charming! I am so delighted with my bed, it's better than I imagined. Thanks to all who were involved! I will recommend this company far and wide!”

“Marvellous service from Button and Spring. I ordered a king size four drawer divan and headboard in the soft amethyst colour. Easy to order, good communication up to delivery day. The delivery people were on time, polite, efficient and I’m so pleased with my bed. Would highly recommend Button and Spring.”

“Couldn’t recommend button and spring more! We bought our super king mattress, headboard and ottoman/ blanket box from them and were so impressed from start to finish. The in store team were brilliant, customer service and delivery all very good too. Great quality products at a good price point would definitely buy from again!”

“Buying: A great experience. Stephane was absolutely brilliant in making certain he understood our needs and relating them to specific mattresses. There was no hard sell, no upselling pressure, just plain old common sense, added to genuine professionalism, amazing product knowledge and an obvious desire to help. Oh, the pillows and clean pillow cases, for use while mattress testing, was a most welcome surprise as was the tea! Delivery: All companies should under promise and over deliver especially when shipping their products. Button & Sprung certainly did this. The estimated four week delivery schedule was achieved in three weeks and one day. The two delivery chaps were lovely, placed the mattresses on the bed and removed all packaging. The Mattresses: We chose the Teesdale Super King zip & link. They are truly superb, made in England (a bonus) of all natural materials and although it’s early days, we’re certain we made the right choice. We’re sleeping well and in great comfort too. Stephane also provided a recommended schedule for rotating / flipping which was really appreciated. This may not seem important, though it means we don’t have to bother creating a schedule, or worse having no idea when and what we did last time!”
