“Excellent customer service from Mr. Black on August Bank Holiday Monday. We already knew we wanted to get our bed from B&S but the 'feeling' he left us with sealed the deal. He know his business and his passion and knowledge made the decision very easy. The craftsmanship and quality is the best we've seen and we have been looking for our perfect bed for 2 years. Glad we finally found it...Thank You B&S!”

“We ordered a divan base and headboard. The choice of styles and fabrics was good, and it was very helpful to be able to get fabric samples. The bed was delivered on time, and we didn't have to wait in all day. It looks great, and very well made.”

“Staff in the showroom were really helpful, providing us with lots of information but also letting us look around independently. I was worried that a king-size mattress wouldn't fit up our stairs, but the customer service team looked at some photos and measurements with the delivery team before we ordered- it did fit! The delivery team were on time, friendly and efficient. The bed is great quality and the mattress is incredibly comfortable. We love the natural British materials used as well. I'm really glad we chose Button and Sprung!”

“Button & Sprung have been a great help throughout the process, from our initial visit in-store to delivery of our new bed and mattress. They have maintained communication all the way through and whilst the bed was delayed because the first headboard made was held up by their quality control for not being up to standard, they dealt with the matter swiftly. I was also not just given a sub-standard headboard to complete the process as quickly as possible. The delivery and installation was quick and hassle free, and our old mattress was removed for free. Finally, we are extremely happily with the quality of the bed and mattress. Thank you for a great retail experience.”
