“Extremely easy to order, customer service was fantastic and helped over the phone to establish whether we would be able to get the king sized bed up the stairs of a cottage. The gentlemen who came to build the bed were named Thomas and Magic. They were patient with us while we cleared the room (we should have been ready), and even helped move stuff which is definitely not in their remit. They were very friendly. Highly recommend this company”

“this is the 4th bed I have purchased from Button and Sprung. The flexibility of made to measure designs and the fabric choice is incredible and the helpful staff in store or over the phone are spot on every time.the delivery crew have also been really professional and make sure it is perfect before they leave your home. “Had a very good visit to the show room which was great with lots of options and great to see the fabrics ordered on line which was easy. Delivery in timescale and moved a couple of times to fit in with me Delivery was in the middle of the agreed time slot. Very friendly guys who set it up in half an hour and took all rubbish away. Couldn’t ask for more. .”

“This mattress was absolutly perfect. I was a little aprehensive about the medium-firm choice. As I thought I would like the firm better. But with great advice form the team, I am glad I amde this choice. Best mattress I have ever had. Worth every penny. The team were great, really informative and very helpful.”
