“An amazing showroom with some30 beds. Half of each bed was sprung differently and a mini showcase giving a cutaway of each half was helpful if you wanted to know. Simon was passionate about his business and did offer me guidance when asked. I believe in the Law of Dimishing Returns and set a top rate of £3k. My mattress cost £2.7k and is amazing! It was delivered on time and the old twin mattresses and packing were removed. Whats not to like?”

“Amazing service. We have decided to go tailor made and received a lot of very helpful advice where to find fabric that we wanted. The process was excellent from the start to the delivery. The bed looks great, this is our second purchase and we are extremely happy with it.”

“Had my mind on a mattress after trying out one my friend had the night before. Felt like I had 4 hours worth of sleep in the matter of 2 minutes. Went to the branch the next day. Offered coffee and biscuits as I tried out multiple mattresses. Supportive staff, wonderful atmosphere, and a day to remember 👍”

“Brilliant experience with this company from start to finish. Choosing the bed was easy as we visited the showroom, which helped us narrow down our choices. The website was easy to use and the support from the shop staff was amazing. We are so pleased with how quickly our bed was made and delivered and the quality is very impressive.”

“Ordered a super king frame and mattress and delighted with the service and product. All queires were answered by an actual person with little fuss, order was delivered on time and as described. The delviery drivers were polite and respectful to our home and installed thhe prodct with no fuss. We were sent several fabric styles to ensure that it went with the room and nothing was too much trouble. The bed itself is brilliant, so comoftable and the build quality seems excellent. We went for the ottoman and the storage is substantial. Would happily recommend and will shop here again as we replace other beds.”

“A truly delightful consumer experience from beginning to end. The showroom is beautifully laid out, with all the fabrics on display and additional books for bespoke choises. I was left to browse at my leisure without any hard sales, although extremely helpful staff were on hand to answer questions and give advice. My follow up emails and questions were answered promptly and gave me all the information I needed. The delivery was on time as promised, with no issues. Lovely chaps delivered my beautiful bed, put it together in record time and even took their shoes off without being asked.”

“This was a true 5 star experience. I wish id invested in a new bed years ago. The padded headboard is wonderful , a real luxury. The bed is beautifully made . The service was so fantastic. From order to delivery it couldnt have been easier. On the day my bed arrived early, Thomas and Magic rang to make sure this would be ok and to check directions. When they arrived, they built my bed and took the time to explain how it fits together for future house moves . They cleaned up and took away all packaging . I highly recommend Button and Sprung and particularly the Clove Bed”

“Dear Button & Sprung Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received throughout my journey with you — from initial enquiry to final delivery. It all began with a request for a fabric sample by post, followed by a visit to your store. Stepping inside was a pleasant surprise. I was very impressed by the space and the warm, genuine engagement I received. Matthew took the time to pull out dozens of fabric collections and offered thoughtful advice on the hard product options, which really helped me make an informed decision. He then generated the quote, I placed the order, and delivery was completed on the 6th of August. At every stage, I was genuinely impressed by how consistently professional, courteous, and informative your team was. Regardless of whom I interacted with, the communication was clear, timely, and helpful. That level of care and attention made it easy to place my trust in your company — and I’m glad I did, especially considering the investment involved in this product. I had read about your excellent customer ratings and strong reputation, and I can absolutely see why. What I was seeing and reading beforehand was actually delivered — and that’s rare. It gave me confidence in choosing Button & Sprung, and you lived up to every expectation. Delivery: The pre-planning was excellent, and I’d particularly like to acknowledge Tomas and Magic, who handled the delivery on the day. They arrived on site around 11:48am, first engaged with me by phone at 11:25am, and completed everything by 12:40pm. Their care and attention stood out — from removing their shoes before entering the carpeted bedroom, placing the mattress on the bed once it was built, and even giving me a demonstration on raising and lowering the ottoman base. Although the product was brought to the 7th floor via elevator, the final part of the journey involved carrying it up to the 8th floor via the stairs. They didn’t bat an eyelid at the challenge — handling it with calm professionalism and care. I even received a bonus gift of one sock 😊 — a light-hearted touch that added to the experience! All packaging was removed, and the product was handled with great respect and care. The communication before and during delivery was excellent, and the overall experience was truly first-class. Thank you again for such a seamless and positive experience. I can absolutely see why you have such an excellent customer rating. I’ll be sure to recommend Button & Sprung to others without hesitation.
