“New Lily bedstead in Pistachio linen and Galway mattress delivered, Delivery guys were very helpful and prompt and bed not only looks great but is very comfortable. I have recommended B&S to my friends as the whole process was very easy and enjoyable and a big plus point is that all products are manufactured here in England . Will definitely use them again for next bed purchase so well done B&S.”

“Love my bed! B&S was great to deal with but I have less than favorable feedback for delivery. The men were great once they arrived but I had to chase at 3:10p when they were supposed to arrive between 1-3pm and I hadn't heard a word. I understand traffic happens in London but I expected a higher level of service on this front (i.e. At a minimum communication of delays). Once they arrived the gentlemen were friendly and professional.”

“Button & Sprung have been a pleasure to deal with. They are helpful but without the hard sell. I would have given them the full 5 stars but the contracted company that delivered (we're out of London) put the legs on wrong & too tight. It took us a full hour or more to remedy. I called B&S annoyed, they were quick to apologise/compensate. We chose a nod to the Classical with the 'Camelia' and what a beauty she is in her silver linen. The mattress, a 'Drysdale', has been lovely & is welcome relief for my back. (Previously we had something much too hard that wasn't supporting my spine. Note to shopper: too hard a bed can also give you chronic back pain.) It's early days but good to know we have the 100 night guarantee, though I'm sure we won't need it. My husband commented only this afternoon he's been sleeping well on it. I would definitely buy from them again, & hopefully they'll have some more solid antique looking leg options by then.”

“Great customer service and communication for delivery throughout the ordering process. Our Poppy Bed Frame is fantastic. It arrived and was and manoeuvred up a couple of tricky flights of stairs into the loft and assembled with care by the delivery drivers.”

“We recently purchased a bed and mattress from Button and Sprung and cannot sing their praises more highly. When we visited their showroom on a Sunday morning their staff (in particular, Asif) were extremely helpful and knowledgable, and also gave good advice on styles and colours. The bed and mattress we chose are very comfortable and look lovely. When things went a bit wrong with the delivery they immediately sorted out the problem and went beyond our expectations in ensuring that we felt cared about as customers. “I purchased two bedsteads from Button & Sprung. I have refurnished my entire flat and dealt with a number of companies. By far B&S have outshone them all. They have communicated sufficiently, delivered on time and handled problems efficiently and politely. The two bedtseads are stable, neat and wellmade...they've done a very good job.”

“After much shopping around for the perfect mattress I plumped for button and sprung. My beautiful mattress has the highest ratio of springs per inch and is all natural high quality Yorkshire fibres. Customer care has been excellent and delivery tip top.”

“Having visited the showroom and seen how much this company care about the quality of their mattresses, we bought one for the guest bed and, conscious of the 100 day return policy, we have been asking our guests how they find it - and they've found it really, really comfy. I am now thinking I should have bought it for myself! I can say the whole order, delivery, customer service process was absolutely best-in-class. We've been kitting out the whole house and it's not often you get perfect service as you do with Button and Sprung. We'll be buying our next mattress from here and we'll be recommending it to all our friends.”

“Love the bed however would have prefered some strong solid slats rather than solid base as there is very little ventilation for the average mattress.”

Hi Judy - thank you for your review. On your point about slats, to explain our choice to move away from using them and to use flat bases instead: 1. We are offering a much longer warranty than many of our competitors, and given extensive use over a 10 year period, slats are more prone to fail (you are right that they need to be strong); 2. Slats shorten the life of your mattress - because 50% of the mattress is unsupported and trying to force its way between the slats and 3. With a bedstead, a solid base reduces dust under the bed. You may not agree but we hope you can see why we opt for flat bases. We hope you are happy with your Eliza bedstead. Kind regards, Matthew
