“I had an a 15 year old vi-spring bed and it was time for a renewal. Having seen Button & Sprung in various magazines I took a look at not only the styles of beds but mattresses too. The expertise of the staff was very impressive as were the designs of the beds so much so it was difficult to choose! My bed looks fabulous and my mattress is excellent”

“I was very happy with the service provided by B&S, I felt the sales staff were very knowledgeable and we never felt under any pressure to buy. It was great that we could try out the mattresses in the shop and we actually ended up going for a larger & more expensive mattress than initially intended which I believe was the right decision for us. The fact that you are able to trial the mattress for 100 days was also a big factor in our decision and so far we are very happy with the comfort and look of our bed frame & mattress. The delivery men were great as well as the mattress was a tight fit and they had to do some creative maneuvering to make sure they were able to get it up our stairs & into the bedroom.”

“From the moment we stepped into the showroom, we had a pleasant welcome from Hannah. A very nice laid-back vibe. It was a real help to try out the mattress to check out the quality and firmness there and then. I opted for the Firm Borderdale which is a very firm mattress. Hannah did suggest going with the medium firm as she explained most people find the firm too firm, however, I am very happy with the mattress so far. It's also nice to know I'm sleeping on something that is 100% natural. I would recommend this company for it's service and quality of mattress.”

“I received excellent customer service from Asif. The bed was ordered for a clients home renovation and as this was a small cottage the stairs were very narrow and steep and his help in providing accurate measurements, drawings etc meant I ordered the correct size bed and it fit! The bed quality was also fantastic so really pleased with overall experience - thank you!”

“From the service to the quality of the mattress, we cannot fault Button & Sprung! The opportunity to try all the mattresses in the showroom as if you are in your own bedroom is so helpful. Ordering was simple and delivery was much quicker than anticipated. The mattress is beyond comfy and completely worth investing in. We could not recommend Button & Sprung more - thank you!”
