We ordered a divan and headboard from Button and Sprung. When it arrived they had forgotten to drill the holes for the headboard which meant we had to wait another month for a replacement divan half. The the replacement arrived again without the correct holes. A month after that the divan half was delivered correctly. The whole process was pretty painful, the QA department in their warehouse is clearly not up to a great standard. Customer Services told me that the 2 incorrect divan halves would be destroyed which seems incredibly poor from a sustainability/responsibility standpoint. Since delivery the drawers are all a bit wonky and scrape about when opening and closing. All in all the bed is fine... not great. Customer Services offered us compensation but, have subsequently stopped communicating with us.

Excellent experience with Button & Sprung. The products are not only very of high quality, made in the UK, but I had received very good advice from Matthew and Stéphane on the two beds and mattresses I purchased from B&S. I particularly appreciated that they delivered the beds on the date I specified, despite the summer holidays and the pandemic. Delivery and assembling were also top. I would definitely buy again.

The sales staff in the Fulham showroom were very attentive to our needs and thorough in their advice without striving for a sale at all costs. We were given plenty of time to reach a considered view on which mattress type would suit us best. We are very pleased with the choice having slept on the new mattress for two months.

Button & Sprung were brilliant! They were really helpful helping us pick out a bed, and then when I changed my mind about fabric choice and chose to order my own last minute, they really helped me find the right one. The instillation was quick and they were really communicative about lead times and delivery dates. We are loving the bed, it is beautiful and incredibly comfy. I strongly recommend.

I'm very happy with my Super King Ottoman bed. It's well made and it offers lots of storage space. The bed has really taken a centre stage in the room. The service from B&S is another matter. Within a week of buying and paying the bed we were told that they wouldn't honour the agreed timeframe because of wood shortage. I appreciate the prompt update but I can't take it seriously. Such a big company to have no knowledge of their stock and availability is something that raises my concern. Wood stock doesn't go low overnight so I would expect B&S to would have known this in advance to the purchase. I also have to take issue with the approach to getting customers to review: sending one sock and asking for a review to get the pair is dubious marketing practice. Let alone that given I had to wait additionally 6-8 weeks for my bed, it would have been a good idea to send us a couple of pairs as a good will gesture for the extra wait.

During the month of August, we (along with many other businesses in the UK) did experience a shortage of wood, which affected the lead time on all of our bed orders. This is the first time that we've experienced an issue like this, and it caught us off guard. We did however try our best to communicate the delays straight away to customers. I am sorry that you do not like the sock idea. Normally only a small percentage of customers take the time to leave reviews, so we thought that providing socks would encourage people to write reviews, good or bad. Easy to negotiate delivery time and very efficient service. Plus the bed is as comfortable as hoped ...far better than the memory foam we had previously

Excellent service from the visit to the showroom to the incredibly fast installation of the bed. We were kept updated on the progress of our order, were able to take a leisurely amount of time in the showroom to make our decision and are very happy with both the bed and the mattress. Our bed now feels like a luxurious place of extreme comfort! Highly recommend.

There was a great choice of bed styles and fabrics to choose from, that helped me tailor the exact bed that I wanted for my new house. I purchased a king size lavender bedframe and I was extremely delighted with my new bed. It is of a really nice quality and the fabric is a perfect match for my requirements. I had to wait 4 weeks longer than the scheduled delivery because of a shortage of materials to build the bed. This was a little disappointing and not mentioned before I placed my order. However the communication was excellent and the delivery was done very well. The bed was placed exactly where I wanted it and was fully assembled. I would highly recommend Button & Sprung for your new bed choice.

During the month of August, we did experience a supply chain shortage of wood, which affected the lead time on our bed deliveries. Because of this we had to inform customers that the lead time had increased from 5-7, to 8-10 weeks. This is the first time that we've ever experienced supply chain issues, and the problem has been affecting many businesses, of all kinds, across the U.K. (not just bed specific!). ** We're pleased to announce that this lead time has since come down, and we are now operating at the lead time of 7 - 9 weeks for beds ** The supply chain issue has not affected the production lead time on our mattresses. Im very disappointed by the customer service I received - after spending so much money on an ottoman bed and mattress from Button & Sprung, I would've expected a more helpful and professional response. after not even a year of owning this bed I noticed terrible mould growing under the bed - it had spread to the bed slats and even to suitcases and stroller I had packed under the bed, There is clearly not enough ventilation under the bed so lots of moisture was getting trapped under the bed, which i only realised after we started to get a very strong mould smell in our bedroom. the problem wasn't humidity in our bedroom as we don't have mould problems anywhere else in the room. The reason why we decided to get a natural mattress is because my husband sweats a lot during the night and foam mattresses made this even worse- even though the natural mattress helped to reduce this problem it was causing lots of moisture to be trapped under the bed and due to there not being enough ventilation it caused this problem. After I had explained this to customer service I was sent back a very condescending email where they explained what mould was and why it happens -_- and as a goodwill gesture they offered to replace the boards for the ottoman bed (on the condition I would need to pick it up from the warehouse - not even offering delivery and expecting me to travel very far to pick up very heavy and large boards for my kind size bed!!!) I am now stuck with a very expensive bed which I can't use storage any more as im scared mold will start again, and also because of how bad the mould had gotten under the bed the smell of mould has not been able to be removed(as much as I have tried to clean the inside) so even though I have now removed everything from under the bed our room still smells of mold. I would highly advice against buying the ottoman bed and if so make sure to check often if mold starts to form - as sadly this was the case with us and I would have assumed problems like this wouldn't have occurred with such expensive beds that should have been built with better storage ventilation/mould resistant material and better customer service to help with problems like mine ie offering to have the bed professionally cleaned or offered a replacement (which they have not- even thing I've had this bed for less than a year)

Excellent, personable service. I was able to contact Button & Sprung through their online chat, via phone call, and even came in to their showroom to find the perfect bed. They were very friendly and helped me find a bed that I love. The mattress is super comfortable, and the bed frame is sturdy and attractive. It doesn't creak or shift at all when we move! I'm 100% happy with the experience.

Great service - delivery took a bit longer than expected but communication was great throughout so we always knew the situation, and Button & Sprung even accommodated my very last minute request to change size!
