“The bed looks beautiful , lovely quality & well made. We have made use of the storage but have not tried the bed as it was purchased for a spare room, the mattress certainly feels like it would be very comfortable to sleep on”

“Our experience with Button and Sprung has been exemplary from the moment we walked into their showroom. Probably the best customer service we have ever experienced, we were left alone to try out the extensive display of beds to make sure that we chose the right mattress etc for us. A truly wonderful experience and one that we will never forget. Our wonderful new bed arrived on time, was quickly assembled and we are having wonderful nights sleep on one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in.”

“The service was excelllent. Fabric samples were sent out swiftly and the upholstery put on hold while we chose our favourite colour. It was then quickly reinstated so not to loose the manufacturing window. The installation team was quick and friendly and the bed is of great quality. We're very happy!”

“Button & Sprung provided fantastic customer service from our very first visit to their showroom through to completion of our order. They took the time to understand what exactly we were looking for and then gave us the time and space to explore their range in comfort. Advice on hand but not overbearing, very much the personal touch. As we did not feel rushed we had the time to make the right decision, no pushy sales types here. The product information and pricing was clear throughout, no nasty surprises! The beds are beautiful and excellent quality, one of our favourite purchases for the house so far.”

“I needed a bed for my new house so I decided to visit the showroom in Battersea. Customer service was great and very helpful. (Stephan) was lovely. The bed arrived on time as given and the delivery team fitted it well. I love the bed, velvet feels amazing. Definitely got the princess feeling. Thanks to the team. So far so good!”

“This review came relatively late - I have been using my Button & Sprung mattress for more than 1.5 years and I cannot imagine not sleeping on it for one night. When I go on vacations I lament the (lack of) quality of hotel mattresses. During hotter months I never wake up with a sweat as the mattress is very breathable despite its loftiness. I never have to worry about not being warm enough during the colder months. The delivery was quick and smooth with. Be sure to use a mattress protector to keep it in pristine condition. Would recommend anyone interested to go to their showroom to experience each mattress before making a decision. I went there and thoroughly enjoyed my time there snoozing away...”
