“Previously purchased a Drysdale mattress from Button and Sprung and were very happy with it so we chose the Borderdale for the spare bedroom. Ordering was straight forward over the phone. Service after that was pretty good although updates could have been faster via email.”

“We had to change our first mattress as we found it to soft for us ( ordered in lockdown so couldn’t try it in store first ) They replaced it with a firmer mattress without question. We couldn’t recommend this company highly enough for their products, Professionalism and service . Excellent company 5*****”

“We spent an hour "mattress-hopping" at the showroom. If that doesn't bring out your inner child, nothing will. Great advice from Mr Mattress himself (Adam). The beast arrived in under a month, and I was glad we have a reasonably wide staircase... it is indeed a beast. And, boy, is it comfy. I wouldn't get up in the morning if I didn't have to... Michael”

“Button & Sprung not only is one of the fewer eco-friendly companies in the trade but really nice people overall. Their customer service is brilliant and as well as the team in store - I was welcomed to try every single mattress in their showroom with assisted guidance. I have been enjoying their Drysdale King Size Mattress for few days and already feeling a positive difference compared with my old mattress - I would probably upgrade it to a customised Drysdale soon - I am 6'7'', I need it!”

“Absolutely thrilled with our new bed. We went to all the big brands and retail stores in the hunt for a stylish bed, but couldn’t find anything we really liked in terms of style, quality and price so were delighted when we came across Button and Sprung. The bed is amazing quality and the guys who delivered were super efficient and COVID safe. We would recommend B&S in a heartbeat.”

“Went solely on recommendations and feedback reviews. Excellent communication. Very helpful in finding a solution to the problem of access for a super king bed into a barn conversion. Even providing a template when they were in the area to see if the headboard could get in. Would not hesitate to recommend Button and Sprung”

“My new Ottoman bed is just perfect. Delivered earlier than the estimated time when I bought it. Everyone I spoke to at the company was extremely friendly and helpful and the delivery guys were amazingly efficient. My one small quibble is after departing with such a large sum of money some communication with the company would have put my mind at ease. You don’t hear anything from them for a good few weeks after making your purchase. However the bed is a dream”

Hi Darren, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a lovely review and I'm glad to hear that you are enjoying the Ottoman storage bed :-) As you note, I understand that it might be a little nerve-wracking to depart with a considerable amount of money! When a customer places an order with us, we'll confirm with an Order Confirmation Letter and then raise the products with our factory (Our lead time is currently 5-7 weeks). We then contact customers within 2-3 weeks to confirm a suitable delivery date. All of our products are handmade in the U.K. and come complete with a 10-year guarantee and 100 nights free returns. “We love our Holly super kingsize ottoman bed, it looks amazing and is so well made. To say that it is the best thing we have ever bought is an understatement. Always go super kingsize if you can, it's life changing! We feel like we are staying in a hotel every night. The manganese velvet colour is perfect and looks fabulous too. The amount of storage under the bed is huge, which is one of the reasons we went for the Ottoman bed. I can't rave enough about it, we are so very happy.”
