“Super helpful showroom staff made the process very easy. Arranged delivery within a week by their own delivery team who were efficient and polite. The bed is a literal dream. After trying every "cooling" foam-tech mattress out there, I have FINALLY found a comfortable mattress that doesn't make me sweat to death. The difference a natural mattress makes is actually indescribable.”

“Great customer service. Special mention to Charlotte who was extremely helpful during our showroom visit. I opted for the Camelia King Size Ottoman with the Perendale mattress, I'm a month in and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Lead time was quicker than expected at 6.5wks, install team arrived early and were in and out within 30mins.”

“Polite, friendly and efficient B&S team; both via email when corresponding about delivery and also the delivery team themselves. The website is also so simple to use and makes the process very easy to go through. I really like how everything is laid out online and leads you through it. Other bed websites we looked at were more confusing and not as transparent about options and what was/ wasn't included.”
