“Buying this bed from button and sprung was a seamless experience, from choosing the specifics to make the bed exactly how we wanted to the delivery. The bed itself is beautifully made, the quality is brilliant and we are extremely happy with the end result. The mattress is so comfortable, my husband and I have never slept better. I highly recommend them.”

“Excellent telephone response, explanation and description from Stephan. We were unable to visit the shop and chose from the online description and help again from Stephan for the bed we also bought. The delivery was absolutely as expected and the mattress is perfect.”

“From visiting the showroom, through ordering to delivery, every step was easy and hassle free. Great straight forward customer service and definitely not pushy. A really great quality product too. The bed frame is really solid and looks fantastic. The mattress is so comfortable. I wanted a natural product and have found exactly what I wanted with the bonus of supporting a small British company who in turn use British suppliers and local materials where possible. Very happy and would recommend to others.”

“Great customer service the whole way through the process from start to finish. Answered any queries we had by email promptly and on delivery day the bed was built within 15 minutes. The mattress is the most comfortable mattress we have ever had and feels like being in a hotel bed every night. Super happy with the bed and mattress and would highly recommend to anyone searching for a bed!”

“Button & Sprung were very helpful, particularly during Covid-19 - we managed to get my order arranged. They also facilitated covering the divan base in the fabric I supplied (which was the same as the headboard I was having made). So it all worked out perfectly!”

“We wanted a bed to last and that was an investment. We got it! It’s actually quite wonderful. It feels like a luxurious boutique hotel bed, firm Perendale king mattress is exquisitely comfortable. You really do get what you pay for and I’m so glad we bought from Button & Sprung, we would wholeheartedly recommend to others!”

“Cannot flaw Button & Sprung! Throughout the whole process they were fantastic and did everything they could to reassure me that the bed would actually fit in the door and be perfect in the room. Communication was excellent throughout (especially during a pandemic) and the guys who built the bed itself were amazing. Will come straight back to Button & Sprung when I need to buy my next bed!”

“Whilst looking around online for somewhere to buy a new bed I came across an article about Button & Sprung! So after looking into the company and reading lots of reviews we decided to make an appointment to go and have a look around the showroom. It was our first visit out since lockdown and we felt that the shopping experience was very safe. The man that showed us around (I can’t remember his name but was a lovely French man) was extremely helpful and even offered the children Netflix, cookies and milk! Our children were happy without but I am sure to other parents this may be the little bit of help they need to make their experience stress free! We ordered a foxtail, Tall headboard in superking and it was quoted to arrive in 6 weeks but was made and delivered sooner! Always a plus. I will say that the oak tapered legs that we had chosen didn’t come with our bed, when I called the showroom to ask why the legs were different, I was told that unfortunately there had been a mistake and that those particular legs wasn’t suitable for a superking bed. I still liked the other oak legs that it came with so this was not a problem for me, maybe a little disappointing at the time but mistakes can happen. The guys that delivered the bed were extremely polite and took shoes off every time they entered the house, they were very helpful and even offered to unwrap my mattress (that was purchased else where) and place it on my bed frame for me which I thought was a great touch. So far we have had the bed 2 months and everything seems well, bed is sturdy and headboard beautifully made. Would I drive all the way across the other side of London to buy again from Button & Sprung? Absolutely! Plus one service. I would highly recommend. Well worth the money as the product is good quality :) Well done everyone at Button & Sprung!”

“I was very happy with the quality of the mattress, and live chat to discuss the mattress that I was interested in which was from the clearance website of Button & Sprung. Also the lovely surprise of a sock. The mattress is ever so comfortable.”
