“The whole experience from first visiting the showroom has been excellent. The frame was slightly delayed and we had to alter the leg shade with late notice but all went well and we would have no hesitation in recommending.”

“Received lots of fabric samples via post, and super happy with fabric I chose. Went to showroom - super customer service (even returned a scarf I left there) and beds look exactly as online. The delivery was as requested, and they constructed in the bedroom so didn't damage staircase or walls on way up. Very happy with everything. Bed v comfy (got B and S mattress too). Was concerned mattress may slide on base but does not at all. The mattress was cheapest range firm, and it's just right for me - was pleased I'd tried out all the mattresses first.”

“Excellent customer service. Really high quality products too. They really know what they are talking about and were brilliant at guiding us through mattress selection. The bed is excellent too. Strongly recommend getting over to their showroom where you can see a lot of what they offer in person. Delivery and installation was seamless and professional too! Can't fault them!”

“Over the moon with the Lupin superking ottoman bed! The quality is impeccable. The store is well worth a visit to browse the vast range of fabrics and bed designs. The communication for delivery was excellent and the team that put the bed together were friendly and efficient. I'd highly recommend.”

“Such good service from start to finish. Less than two years ago I brought a top of the range memory foam mattress but it was so uncomfortable. A few months ago my husband found he had four fractures in his back caused by cancer so a comfortable bed was now a necessity. So we visited the showroom in Battersea and our needs were totally understood and catered for. Since the day the bed and mattress have arrived we have felt like we are sleeping on a cloud Thank you”

“My partner and I went to the Button and Sprung showroom to check out a couple of beds we saw on their website. We ended up spending over an hour there, trying out all the beds and intensely debating which fabric and colour to go for. The sales team was very helpful and had all the time in the world yo answer our questions. We took lots of fabric swatches home and ordered our bed on the website, which was a very straightforward experience. Our bed was delivered earlier than anticipated by a very efficient delivery team who assembled the bed in no time. The bed is beautiful, we are so glad we could see it before ordering it. Having all the swatches available to take home really helped with the decision making. We love our new bed and are happy we bought from a British company that cares about the quality and craftsman shift of the products they make. Thank you Button & Sprung!”

“Couldn’t be more pleased with our bed! We visited the store before making an order to help us decide which bed to get, which was a great experience in of itself - staff were very knowledgable and we were well looked after with drinks etc. The online order process was very smooth and accommodating when I needed to delay my delivery. Delivery was on time, efficient and no mess left. Overall would highly recommend.”

“This is my third Button and Sprung mattress. The quality is simply the best... better than all the rest. And the customer service is better than anyone, anyone I've ever met. I had a question about this order before I placed it. It was 1645 on a bank holiday Monday and they still answered my email within 5 minutes. They once changed a (different) mattress for free because I made a mistake when ordering. I like sleep a lot and I spend quite a bit of my life on my mattress - they are worth every penny.”
