“Very professional helpful and efficient from start to finish. There was an added dimension to the delivery which was accommodated and worked well. I was advised of a delivery date and a timed slot advised on the day plus a telephone call from the the delivery team about 40 minutes beforehand. They were respectful of the property and worked quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the quality of the Ottoman beds including the lifting mechanisms.”

“We ordered the camelia, super king ottoman and the teesedale mattress. We’re currently very happy with the product , but are only a month in. Highlights: - we went in store and thoroughly appreciated the experience received. Staff were helpful and on hand to answer our very many questions. This enabled us to try all of the various mattresses and bed options. We left with lots of material/ colour swabs to try at home. - we then placed the order a couple of weeks back, with ease. - the bed arrived about 5-6 weeks later and the team installed it in less than an hour. We were all set and ready to go! My only feedback is as follows: - once ordered, we then had to find a delivery date that worked. This felt as though it was the most difficult part of the process as it depends which part of the city you live and whether they’re delivering that day. As such, we did go back and forth a few times to find a date/ slot that worked. - the mattress does feel quite warm at night. We’re still getting used to this, but I imagine it’s because of the thickness and all the natural materials used.”

Hi Fabienne, Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a detailed review. Much appreciated. I'm sorry to hear that there was a bit of back and forth regarding the delivery date. We try to make this process as smooth as possible and we aim to dedicate deliveries to different areas on different days which is quite standard delivery practice - but I will pass this feedback onto the Logistics team. Regarding sleeping warm: The natural materials in the mattress will breathe with your body and should self-regulate your temperature (as opposed to foam and synthetics which retain heat). I would ensure that your bedding and mattress protector are also made from natural materials so that they work in conjunction with the mattress.
