“I have a chronic back problem and after buying an expensive 'mistake mattress' last year, I was feeling quite desperate about my mattress situation! However, my sister-in-law, who has two Button & Sprung mattresses, recommended that I visit your shop/studio. This in itself was a very pleasing experience and beautifully managed during the small window we had between lockdowns. I was given plenty on time on my own to try the mattresses which was very important to me. The delivery schedule was kept to and my mattress was delivered, very efficiently, at the end of February. Every morning since its arrival I have woken without having to unfold myself painfully from bed. Heaven! Thank you Button & Sprung”

“The delivery guys showed up all masked, & gloved up. They were more than happy to sanitise their hands once they had brought all items for the bed and setup in the allocated bedroom. They were polite, professional & very efficient, taking away all the packaging. Just great.”

“Super happy with Button & Sprung service, since the consultation to make a decision on the type of bed an mattress to the delivery and assembly. Its one of the best services I've had in the UK and I have to give 5 stars for the team who did the delivery. So organized and super careful to get in to my house to make sure the bed wouldn't get dirty, super polite. 5 stars service!”

“Lots of options to chose from and ability to order samples in advance so you know exactly what will work in your room. They were really good with keeping us updated throughout the process from order to delivery. Delivery was on time and really helpful that they will carry bed into room and take away all packaging.”

“Ordering was hassle free, and when we chased on delivery times it was due to arrive in the next few days! The bed is beautiful, exactly as the website shows. We were able to pick the mid century style legs instead of the ones on the Holly image on the website, which we were pleased about. The delivery guys put up the bed super quickly. Very pleased with our purchase, thank you!”
