“The delivery of the kit was quick and easy, payment options were flexible. I paid via Amazon payment. The product is great though I've not used it in anger yet. The option to buy 4 speakers with the solution instead of the standard 2 was very helpful though I did find myself scratching my head as to how to install them. The instructions for the 2 speakers was excellent, though some additional advice online or in the box would have been helpful. Overall very happy.”

“An other set of mounting spacers would save a lot of trouble. I had to make up 60mm. long spacers to clear the edging on our cupboards. More instructions about mounting the ariel and the battery box other wise a good set.”

“Product hasn't arrived yet, delivery of the product is part of the service and using professional delivery companies that can actual deliver the the correct address would help. Perhaps I might be able to review the product once it finally arrives, as the delivery companies first suggestion of a 70 miles round trip to collect it from their depot was not acceptable, I now have to take yet another day of work to be available on Tuesday for another attempt! Very frustrating! - UPDATED product arrived today, very well packaged and looks great! Can't wait for it to be fitted by my electrician so I can start using it. Thanks to Rob for sorting the earlier issues out, I can't fault your customer service that you offer.”

“Looking for a solution for sound system with in ceiling speakers and found the AVID 2 to be the perfect solution. Only issue is that the bluetooth connection can drop out occasionally and its difficult to switch between devices but really happy with sound quality.”

“We are generally happy with the undershelf DAB radio we purchased from you, a similar product (but not DAB) to what we have had for many years. The English instructions are somewhat basic which does make for complications when trying to store different stations, can the German instructions be translated they are maybe more detailed. The installation was straight forward, but we found that without a battery backup the memory was lost if and when the mains power was inadvertantly switched off so had to be reinstalled.”

“Its been couple of months since I purchased this DAB under cabinet radio and quite pleased with it. The initial set up was very simple, just plug it in and the radio does auto set up and was up and running so to speak. Few things must be highlighted of this particular model. 1. This radio comes with a two pin and a three pin adaptor comes with it and hence takes up nearly 3" of space in front of the socket as mine is inside the cabinet and hence was ok. 2. The mounting plate is not a snug fit and customer service were very quick to provide a replacement but no joy. Had to use sticky tape to keep the unit in place 3. The mounting spacers provided are too small if your kitchen cabinets have trims at the bottom as the radio unit with the spacers provided measures 80 mm when assembled which in my case was completely covered by the bottom cabinet trim. So had to place another piece of mdf to increase the depth so that the DAB radio was visible under the cabinet. Not a big deal though. 4. The digital display can be a bit annoying due to its jerky movement across the screen when you opt to see more detail of the station you tune into. I change it to signal strength option which is static. 5. The instruction booklet does not mention at all about the antenna mounting plate as the base of the it is magnetic and keeps it in your designated position. Overall this DAB radio is an excellent model with several features such as bluetooth pairing with your smartphone and plays your choice of music on the radio. The quality of sound could be better but for such a small radio you cannot expect Hi Fi quality base and treble. I would certainly recommend this model.”

“An under cupboard kitchen radio, which I had difficulty finding with any other supplier, ordering was quick and easy, advertised as FREE delivery to UK, unfortunately this company appears to forget that Northern Ireland IS part of the UK and charged me almost £13.00 for delivery, which I found excessive. Also on the delivery I was told that I would receive an email stating the hour of delivery, this NEVER happened and I was forced to stay in all day awaiting word Nice product, but not happy with the delivery or the additional charges”

“Product is suitable for my needs (UR2025SW Under shelf radio) and at a sensible price. Although delivery was delayed a little over the New Year break it was delivered by one of the few couriers that are good at giving a one hour delivery time-slot, and even then he was a few minutes early. These sorts of deliveries are essential in rural areas, other couriers that give a 0630hrs to 2000hrs slot and expect you to travel up to 40 miles each way to collect if you are not in are abysmal !!”
