“the TV is excellent, brilliant picture and easy to put it together. However, it took a long time to work out how to create favorites as there was no instructions despite searching the site on the net and google. In the end we did it by trial and error but a new manual is needed which is idiot proof.”

“I dealt with a very helpful chap. I've bought a Soundmaster DAB radio to go under one of the units in the new kitchen I've just fitted, and we both thought that a more serious aerial, rather than the little one that comes with the radio, would be a good idea. However, the unit's aerial is more than good enough so the extra one was a waste of money - but we didn't know that reception in our area was going to be that good. No problem though, because I'm very pleased with the performance of the radio! Pete. Abingdon”

We advise that if your DAB signal is poor or moderate, then it can be worthwhile purchasing a half-price high quality omni-directional DAB aerial to use with the unit. “Overall this was a good product that does what it says on the box. The product is designed to fit into a deeper than normal double socket size box but I got it to fit in a standard depth box with a couple of cut out modifications. One issue that is not clear at time of purchase is the power supply. It has a very short lead to connect onto the box which is impacted by a cylindrical device to cut down cable noise very close to the end - this was difficult to hide in a wall. The other issue is with the size of the power block that is certainly not designed for burying in the wall. So, whilst the amplifier and BT adaptor fits neatly in a wall, the power supply is not. I ended up extending the low voltage side of the power supply and placed the power block in the ceiling. As the power only requires a 2 amp supply I took the supply from a suitable fused spur from the lighting citcuit. Without these complications I would easily score the product at the highest level.”

Thank you for taking the time to review your AVID CLB unit which you bought from ourselves. We're glad, despite slight issues, you are happy with your purchase. We have in the past made enquiries about the length of the power supply cable, and CLB have been looking to alter this to extend it, however their supplier is unable at the moment to product such a cable which is inclusive of the ferrite ring/bead. We hope in time this will be altered, but thank you for raising the issue - your feedback helps us to work better with manufacturers and push for improved products in the future. “Pleased with the product except for the quality of the sound - very tinny. Hope to improve this by fitting external speakers. Fitting needed some expertise when it comes to running an aerial lead around the house. Delivery information excellent.”

With the screen size being only 10", and the speakers built in, we've tested other products of this size before and we're confident these flipdown TVs are the best on the market. “delivery was as expected, on the day that I requested The under counter DAB radio looks good when fitted..... the sound is not as good as expected "a little bit on the tinny side" : as we do not spend too much time in the Kitchen it will be OK Is there not a 3 pin 5.5v x2a mains lead available on the market? As told in advance the German one is a little bulky!”

Thank you for your review, it's of great value to us. Compared to our ceiling speaker systems, under cabinet radios because of their smaller speaker size built in to the unit, there is a difference in terms of quality, but we are confident these are the best products on the market. SoundMaster as so confident that they have made us in the last month their main UK distributor. “The company customer service was excellent sorting out my problem fast. The only down side is the courier company very disorganised and not helpful when order wasnt delivered on due day no explaination given”

“The sound is good and the actual unit is small and looks good. It's also easy to install. Only issue is that the Bluetooth connection can take sometime to kick in. I have to push the button in hard and hold for some time. Having said that I'm looking to get the next size up for my main bathroom.”

“Good service and delivery. Superb picture quality. Only slight niggle was the absence of any spacers which you need if you have a palmet round the bottom of your cabinet. With the increasing use of under cabinet lighting palmets are more common. I had to use two bits of wood to expose DVD slot.”

We were aware of the issue with spacer kits, which prior to recent changes, our advice would have been to install as you have done, however with our larger flipdown TVs we do have the option of supplying pelmet spacer kits. “Delivery was quick, only a few days. Undermount tv was as good as previous reviews and would confirm that the viewing angle of the screen is not the best. The remote control is very unresponsive and sometimes refuses to work at all, despite being only a few weeks old - I can't believe the battery needs replacing so soon. Very disappointing !”

“To be honest I only wanted a basic radio to have fitted in my newly gutted and refurbished kitchen so that I could listen to music while working. This is important to me because I have tinnitus and use the radio to mask it. This radio looks good and, so far, I can get enough local stations without worrying about using the extremely small aerial provided. When I have time I will play around to see if I can get other stations! The delivery time was excellent and the packaging protected the radio so that it arrived in one piece - something of a miracle these days, in my experience!”

“I bought the AVID CLB In-Wall Bluetooth Amplifier & Waterproof Ceiling Speakers, for fitting into my Mum's bathroom and kitchen. Amazing. They are a great product and exactly as described by BuyCleverStuff. The ordering process and delivery was smooth, with great email communications along the way. “The order I received was slightly different to one ordered but was picked up by them very quickly, (before I noticed). They immediately contacted to advise of their mistake and offered to collect and exchange for correct one or I could keep the one I had, which was slightly more expensive. I decided to keep it and this was no problem to them. Courteous and friendly service. I am pleased with the product and efficiency of delivery.”

“Bought an undercounter radio. Haven't been able to programme in stations. It just doesn't work. Radio works well but fitting instructions poor. However, the service received from your company was excellent. Delivered quickly. No complaints there.”
