“Product looks good. Not yet fitted though, surprised you don't get the speaker cables with it. A bit of a miss with a so called complete package?!?”

Thank you for your valued custom and feedback regarding your Bluetooth Ceiling Ceiling Speaker bundle, very sorry that it wasn't clear that Speaker Cable is an extra on these AVID CLB packages. We have considered bundling Speaker Cable, but it's difficult to know the length suitable which is why we have the note on the product page and the Speaker Cable as a related item. We have taken on board your comments and we are now adding the speaker cable options directly onto each AVID CLB Ceiling Speaker System, allowing future customers to add cable upto 100 metres directly from the same product page. “The remote came in very good time, only problem was that several of the buttons do not do what it says on the button ie vol+ button changes the channels. Having received the new correct remote, it is working well. Cannot fault you on the quick turnaround of correct remote. This will not put me off using Buycleverstuff at anytime in the future. Thanks”

“Buying experience was good, person I spoke to was knowledgeable and gave good advice. Quick delivery. Just fitted but it was easy to install and first impression is the good sound quality. Plenty of power for such small unit. For future would put sound lagging above the speakers to reduce noise penetration into the rooms above. Would give five stars but wanted to get a longer period use in the bathroom environment.”

“Bought a 17" waterproof Kitchen TV. The good points are it was east to fit in a kitchen cabinet and the quality picture was good. Your can even get, with the right equipment, SKY on it from a remote box [only the main channel you are watching on the Sky box] but quality was again good. The speaker volume could be better and even with Bass turned fully UP and Treble fully Down, the sound is still 'tinny' and the volume could be better. Only 2 watts. Delivery was extended but it did arrive when promised. If they can overcome the volume problem and include an 'Ethernet' connection it would be an outstanding kitchen TV.”

Thank you for your feedback regarding your Kitchen Cabinet Door TV purchase, I would agree that the Kitchen TV could do with slightly better speakers but as with all TVs it does seem to be an area that manufacturers are neglecting. Also as this particular Kitchen TV fits into the door it needs to be as slim and lightweight as possible which means compromise in some areas, overall we're happy to sell the product as it's still a quality product. “Ceiling bathroom radio good - electrician thought it was straightforward to fit and it works well, good sound, easy to operate via remote (electrician now wants to get one for himself) However, instructions for use are sparse to say the least and even packaging is non-informative - had to phone up to check that I had the DAB radio and how to get it to work. How am I suppose to know that you have to set it up the first time you use it (unlike most DAB radios) and that I should press button '6' for 6 seconds in order to do so? Luckily, 'BuyCleverStuff' staff asked round the office and gave me good advice.”

“Goods were all fine I think ,have not wired it up yet! The courier company must have kicked it all the way to gloucester as the box was badly damaged !! Could have been packed a bit better.the response on the phone re bcs was very helpful.”

“Bit disappointed with delivery speed - webpage stated 1 - 2 days but although I ordered on Wednesday afternoon, did not arrive until 8.30am the following Tuesday. This resulted in me having to pay my bathroom fitters an additional £50 to come back and install as they had started a new job on the Monday.”

“HI THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD BUT THE INSTRUCTIONS TO SET UP THE RADIO WAS NOT GOOG AND WE ARE STILL TRYING TO WORK OUT HOW TO GET THE THING TO WORK WE GET IT TUNED IN THEN SOMETHING ELSE DELETES THE PROGRAM STILL NOT VERY PLEASED”
