“I would highly recommend this company. Great products and fantastic service. When there was a problem with the delivery of a product I had ordered the staff at this firm could not have been more helpful. I will definitely be buying from them in the future. It's such a change in this day and age for a company to be so polite helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Definitely a thumbs up experience.”

“From the time I found just what I had been looking for quite by accident on your website the whole experience was so reassuring as I usually like to speak to someone rather than use the Internet. Not knowing it but I was speaking to the boss. Rob talked me through all the options I was looking for. I wanted a small CD player with DAB radio for the kitchen & although I bought an under the cupboard unit it just sits on my worktop perfectly. I rang again spoke to Rob & ordered it. It arrived the next day with continuous updates from the delivery company. I opened the package & started to set it up &'played a CD then I pressed one too many buttons & could not get back to the start so I telephoned & left a message , luckily Rob called me back and literally talked me step by step to set it up again & programme in my favourite radio 4. Rob was so helpful & I am grateful for his calm assistance. . Jacky barnard”

“When received, the cd player on the device was not working. The company rang me on receipt of my email fault report, then collected it and sent a new one the next day. Obviously, I would have preferred the product to have worked first time but the service was excellent and no hassle for me to have a replacement.”

“Sound quality is great, loud enough to go round the house if needed. DAB is great. LED light on it is great if you don't have under counter lighting. So far simple and easy to use. only had it installed for a week :) Couple of negative points, the feet supplied are not long enough if you have a pelmet, no real issue mount on a block of wood. 2nd the remote wont work if your over 7ft away, so pointless in my eyes. (never brought it for the remote so not a big point for me) Bulky plug (but this is made clear in the description before purchase (no issue as ours plugs into a cupboard out of view)”

“Very quick delivery, Manuel easy to understand. Had to do some carpentry as the under cabinet space was too deep for the supplied standoffs. Had the radio up and running quite quickly and found it easy to programme with my favourite stations. Thought the price was excellent and very pleased with the purchase.”

“I purchased an under shelf kitchen CD player/DAB radio. You kept me informed of the delivery date and time via email and the product was delivered on time and on the date we specified. The product itself is well constructed and sleek in design. It picks up DAB stations easily and the output is great. A product well purchased for our new kitchen. Thanks for your professionalism. “The guys at Buy Stuff were brilliant - excellent know-how and advice and general customer service skills. The main problem was UK Mail Delivery Service. My speakers were due to arrive on a Friday, but didn't - it was reported that our house gate was closed so no access, but it wasn't and people were working in the front at the estimated delivery time! Then our delivery was rescheduled for Saturday - but didn't arrive. It seems clear that UK Mail had no intention of delivering before the Monday.....when everything worked perfectly and I was able to track the delivery and wave down the UK Mail van as it entered our village....so no excuses.”

Whilst we only work with UK Mail on our delivery services, we at BuyCleverStuff will always strive to make sure that your item is delivered on time and as quickly as possible. We can confirm that there was a request from ourselves to attempt a delivery on Saturday however this was unfortunately not processed correctly to take place, so once again may we apologise. “Having not dealt with this company before I was apprehensive. But I had no need at all. As I only have good words to say about me purchase experience. I had an issue ( of my doing) relating to this punches and the customer service was fantastic. I would most definitely use this company again.”
