“I ordered my product over 2.5 months ago, when I chased up with customer services I was told it would arrive within 2 days and then got a call the following week to say it would actually be another 6 weeks minimum.
Appreciate it is a supplier issue, but the lack of transparency about this when ordering is the issue.
Wouldn't be buying from them again.”

It ended taking 2 months for the delivery. Customer support never contacted me to let me know my order status, they were just replying my emails when I contacted them.
Took me 4-5 emails and 2 months of delay to receive my order.
Super disappointed , I can understand there can be external vendor delays, but 1. Why you said you had in stock if you didn’t have it 2. If you tell me that delay was going to be 4 weeks and there are extra delays, i was expecting you to contact me letting me know.”

When it came to collecting our travel system the isofix base had not arrived on time & Bygge Bo had it delivered to our home at no extra charge so I didn’t have to drive back a second time. I got a great deal on their uppababy travel system and babybjorn bouncer and little bits for my baby. The delivery is quick and the ladies there are lovely and very helpful.
