“Was sent the wrong item, had to arrange pick up with DPD, heard nothing else and rather than customer service emailing me directly they CC’ed me on a thread where they seemed to be arguing with the delivery company. I then had to follow up to ensure that the correct travel cot arrived. I felt like customer service were really cold throughout. Fast delivery initially but was not what I had ordered! Took two weeks for the cot that I had ordered to get here.”

The only reason I won t give 5 stars is because it took a month to receive my order.
Apparently, the black frame wasn t in stock, fact if which i wasn t aware when i did the purchase. Normally when something is not available, it is shown when you place the order. Customer service was very good. Despite of the fact that on the website says couple days till you receive the order( can t remember now how many honestly but up to a week or two max is the usual. I have waited a month) everything was according to the description.
After I have placed the order somebody from customer service called to tell me the black frame isn t available so I have to wait more for it to come.
They also replied very fast to my emails.
One more error on the website was the following : when i picked my colours, appeared 3 more products that i was supposed to get for free, I still have screenshoots from the order so I can try to add them here. I was called to say that, that was an error again.
Overall, products were as described, customer service okay, time to delivery pretty long.
Advice, u should update your website a bit.”
“I’m ten days old, but on my arrival home from a Brussels hospital, a very comfortable and supportive trip trap high chair was awaiting me at the dining table. It had arrived very quickly from Dublin, as a result of the efficient help of Sarah in the bygge bo Sandyford store. I don’t know it yet, but equally helpfully a Baby Bjorn bouncer in matching grey cover with my high chair is winging its way to me, with a googly eye toy, to further expand vantage points of my brand new life and give my exhausted parents an exciting and safe new movable location to place me from time to time in the near future !

I ordered them from the Dundrum store on black Friday 27th November 2022.
Lady in the store was very helpful and we were happy we got good value and advice.
The bulk of our order was delivered within a week or two, which we were happy with as the lady in the store did explain they had received quite a few orders and it was a busy time.
Two small items remaining on our order have only been delivered last week over two months after ordering.
I am not really satisfied with the extended wait time and I felt I did have to email to chase the two remaining items. They both appeared listed as "in stock" on the website over the course of the two months.”

“Very disappointed with the service I got. I spent so much time on searching the best chair for our baby and decided to choose Bygge Bo but unfortunately got a very unpleasant experience.
My order was mixed up, no parts in stock even though it was never mentioned on the website. I was offered a different cushion then another colour of the table I had to choose, the harness was delivered a week later the chair arrived and the chair was waiting for nearly a month.
I also picked up the engraving but was told it would take nearly 6 weeks for that …
When I opened the box of my order the parts of it were loose in the outer box, front part of the chair has defect, a scratch. Honestly I don’t remember when I had such a bad experience with my order especially if you do something very special for your baby’s first Christmas. Had weak attempts from customer service to help..
Think twice before you choose it especially when you’re paying that price.”
