Also, one of my orders was changed due to unavailability. I wasn't notified about the changes until I noticed it and rang customer service. I wasn't given an option to cancel that order, they just replaced it without asking me. Its only a small issue, but still.”
“Whoever you are using as your courier is appalling. The parcel came battered and ripped, with some of the internal boxes ripped open because of how roughly the package was handled and transported. The main box was also a reused box and very poorly sealed by whoever did it in your warehouse.”
