“Bought a set of Wishbone Chairs on discount in January. There were some delays due to Brexit and Covid but the customer service had been very helpful and transparent, even noting to me when the goods are being held in customs. The only thing was that when I received a notification for delivery it was quite sudden but given lockdown we're always at home so was able to take the delivery without any issues. But all 4 chairs have now been received and I am very happy with them.
The Walnut stain is not as dark as my other walnut furniture, but small point to pick given that the chairs are so much cheaper than anywhere else I found. Quality seems pretty sturdy and they are very comfortable.
I once bought an Eames office chair from them as well and loved it. So far I would recommend them based on by 2 experiences.”

“Made order on 26th Oct and had to pay over £50 for delivery of 4 chairs promised within the week. Got final chair delivered yesterday and the other 3 only delivered a couple of day's ago. Terrible customer service on all issues to do with delivery and astronomical fees charged for delivery which would be only marginally more expensive to (dare i say it) have bought identical chairs via Amazon where at least they have a decent customer service. The only reason i didn't buy these on Amazon is that i try to support the little guy. The independents but when we get treated like this then i won't be doing so again.
Chair quality - okay - wood easily scratched so not sure they are durable as just varnished cheap wood made to look quality.”
“Mixed results - I ordered 3 chairs on the 23rd June and received them 7 days later - not quite the 3 day delivery time the website promised on the product page for that chair, but not too bad and we like the chairs.
Hence we then ordered another 3 of the same chairs on 30th June (based on the same promised delivery date on the product page) and heard nothing for a week so chased the order status. I was then told it would be at least 4 more weeks for delivery as they were out of stock in Ireland and the chairs were being shipped from their overseas factory. Obviously I was a little frustrated at this as the page for that chair clearly said a 3 day delivery time, plus they force you to pay a 'premium' delivery charge of £49 - makes sense when the delivery time is a few days but several weeks definitely doesn't warrant a premium delivery charge.
What is worse is that their customer service team have so far just tried to fob me off by saying there's an FAQ which states delivery times might be longer. If they'd have held their hands up and said sorry, it's much longer than advertised so we'll refund you the delivery charge then I'd have been happy and given a much better review. As it is I'd say proceed with caution and double check everything before ordering - they clearly have no scruples when it comes to showing false stock levels and fast delivery times on the product pages to hook you in and then refusing to budge when they then don't deliver. There's definitely no sense of wanting to treat their customers fairly or get repeat business, just make a quick buck, I won't be returning.”
“I have just moved into my first flat and ordered the x3 Wishbone chairs plus Carrara Marble Dining Table. One of the chairs arrived damaged which was a shame, but Kallevig offered me a refund so I was willing to accept the sdamaged chair as it was still usable, just badly scratched. The table then arrived, however as it weighs 60kgs the original delivery man couldn't get it up my apartment stairs and so had to reschedule the delivery for when a second delivery man could attend. The table was in a box nailed shut and arrived without screws or an assembly pack, so I had to organise and pay for a handyman to assemble the table with his own tools and screws. Once assembled, we realised the marble was badly cracked down the centre. It was not only unuseable but unsafe. I called Kallevig and explained the situation. They offered me a refund, but wouldn't come and collect the table. I explained that I lived on the second floor on my own and had no way of removing the heavy table. They repeatedly told me there was nothing they were prepared to do about it and that I should be happy that they had refunded me the purchase price. I am left £200 out of pocket with a scratched chair and a broken table. I was so excited to furnish my new home, but have been left feeling cheated and ripped off by a funiture brand purporting to sell luxury goods.”
“Chairs were due to arrive on 7th December as they were listed in stock. Arrived mid January and customer services said the were still in a container before then and the fact the were still listed in stock the whole time through to delivery was an IT error but never changed. The chairs arrived with a part missing which they will not do anything about. Customer service is non existent. DO NOT BUY FRÔ THÉ”

I have chased several times and I have been given no information about when to expect them. These are still for sale on their website with a 2 week delivery claim.
