“Richard in the Manchester store is the the most astonishingly helpful person I could possibly have asked to deal with. I am a total photo novice and he gave me some brilliant advice on lighting and lent me some lighting kit to play around with to see if it would solve the problems and bingo - we now have fantastic photos for our online store instead of slightly grainy, never quite right photos that we had before! Expert advice, great service and well priced. Perfect.”

“I would have rated this "Very Good" but the goods were sent to the wrong address after I had given my change of address prior to the order that I had paid extra for a next day delivery. In fairness, this matter was attended to promptly and my delivery cost refunded. I have always had excellent service before. Kind regards, Chris W”

“I recently bought a Manfrotto tripod from Calumet online. First, the price was excellent, about £30 less than Manfrotto's list price. Was delivered very quickly, at no extra cost - which was very welcome. One caveat - your website displays items in each category in a sort-of random way, which can make looking for specific items a little more time consuming. But look, this is a very minor point. Your combination of the range of kit you sell plus price is a winner.”

“I recently purchased the Sun Sniper strap and found it superb to use. I suffer with neck problems and this strap has taken away all the pain of photography. Ordering could not have been simpler with the goods arriving very quickly and well packaged. All in all this was a faultless piece of business and looking around at other prices, very competitive too.”

“I received excellent, friendly service from the in store staff, who took their time in helping ensure I had all of the correct items from a package deal I purchased and also looked to see what discounts and special offers I would be entitled to without ever being pushy. The store was well stocked and maintained and is very much geared towards the customer being able to see the equipment at close quarters. I did have a fault with my Canon Charger that came with my 6D camera and returned the following day to see what could be done. The staff member remembered me and listened carefully to my problem. After checking to see if there any additional chargers in stock (which there wasn't), I was offered the store's tried and tested charger that was normally kept for 'in store' models, so that I was up and running very quickly.”
