“We previously purchased some time ago Kenro Photo Refill Pages order no.TKP111to hold 6x4 photos. We found them very unsuccessful as theyfell out of the pockets. We are told by your Belfast store that you are still selling the same product and I am very surprised. Do you not have an alternative ?”

“Purchased some bits and pieces from the Manchester shop, which was pretty quiet at the time. Enjoyed the opportunity to take my time and have a good look around and ask questions. Particularly useful as I visited the shop the day after the very busy Photography Show 2014 ended!”

“Went into the shop with a reasonable idea of what I wanted and found the salesperson to be helpful without being pushy. He was very knowledgeable on Nikon cameras and lenses as well as being able to advise between the differences between my two choices. This was my first visit to a Calumet store but will certainly not be my last. Frank from Bearsden Glasgow”

“This will be a very short review as all there is to say about my experience with Calumet's Glasgow store is that it was: - ABSOLUTELY SUPERB……!!! I would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone as the care that was taken of me, as a disabled customer, was second to none!”

“I ordered a Fuji X-Pro 1 with the free lens deal. Calumet went out of their way to ensure that the body was covered by the Fuji Platinum service arrangements and actually returned calls promptly. A big and welcome improvement on the usual internet-dealer apathy. If they continue to track other internet prices I will definitely go back to them for my next lens purchase.”

“Although my order was made online, I initially went to the Glasgow shop to ask about the products I was looking at buying. I received nothing but the best treatment, the guys were more than happy to talk to me and they knew the answers to all my questions. After ordering my products online they arrived very quick, well packaged and as ordered. Also the products that were the Calumet brand appear very well made and sturdy! Have been before and will definately be going again! ????”

“We have recently started purchasing from your company for our business photographic product needs. We have found your website user friendly. Your prices are on a normal competitive level. Our first order was delivered perfect although 5 to 7 days for full process. Our second order has now been 5 days and we are still waiting? We feel with the price charged for shipping to Europe taking into account it’s free in the UK and not many kilos, we feel it is overpriced for the time it takes. We have stopped using one supplier because of product reliability but they had one thing right, 4 days maximum.”
