“This is feedback for the Drummond Street store, where I like to browse and buy, and rent kit too. I am an account holder but otherwise unconnected. If find that if I make the effort to ask any questions about what I want to do or what I intend to buy, then there will be someone there to give me sound guidance even if the assistant doesn't have the experience with what I am enquiring about. They are a friendly lot too. With their Calumet own-label range there are often cheaper options where money is tight. It's why I have an account there. Peace of mind and convenience. Nicely done.”

“The day was great, venue was comfortable and relaxed. Staff friendly and welcoming. Marc Byram was excellent very knowledgable and kept the day light and flowing. Crystal cupcake was a pleasure too. Would recommend the day to anyone.”

“Always tried to use you as your staff are more knowledgable than most other photographic stores.The only thing I have had a problem was,I went to,the photography show and bought a canon pro 100 printer.I was told you were out of stock but would let me know when they would be back in stock.I got a e-mail saying Canon would supply you at the end of the month,being in the need for it as soon as possible I thought the end of the month would have to do.then when I was on your website looking at something else I decide to check if the printer was in stock,I was suppressed to find it was.I rang your Manchester branch who told me they had them in stock,but I had not received any notification?I thought this was not he best advert for you as I had already paid for the printer.”

“Broke my tripod in the middle of a job, needed one quickly (obviously), never been to Calumet before, chap in store very helpful, bought a Calumet tripod for a good price and am very happy with it. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger ........... "I'll be back!" TomR”

“Didn't send me what I ordered but instead sent an entirely poorer quality product. Whilst I finally got a refund, customer services didn't return promised calls. The cost postage they incurred exceeded the cost of the product I purchased. Would I deal with them again? What do you think? Not worth the hassle.”

“I purchased a Canon EOS 7D ( Body only ) from Calumet last week and iam very pleased with my purchase . The only problem I have had with the camera ( and this isn't Calumet's fault ) is that I had a problem charging the battery at first but after Googling the problem I managed to get it charged and was on my way. I would recommend them to a friend , the camera was the same price as Jessops but I chose Calumet as I have had a bad experience with Jessops recently and would not use them ever again. I bought the camera at Calumets Manchester branch which is easily accessible with free parking.”

“Very friendly staff and informative, knew what they were talking about and not desperate to sell for commission unlike another high street chain who recently got saved by a certain dragon. Would definitely buy from there again. Excellent service”
