“Very wide product range, good store arrangement, but my experience when you enter the store was that its hard to get the attention of a sales representative. Although I asked for help, and the store was not full, I felt not really attended at the beginning.”

“Unfortunately I recently bought a hood for my camera lens and it was the wrong size I am waiting for correct hood to come in. I should have taken camera in with me to ensure it was correct hood for my lens I will take in future when I order anything. Staff are all very helpful and polite.”

“I recently looked into purchasing a portrait lens at Calumet where I went to the store in person. Their service there was very informative, patient and friendly. I had some additional questions which were dealt with over the phone. and then ordered my 50 mm Nikon lens online and the order was very efficiently fulfilled.”

“I was very impressed with the speed within which I received the backdrop I ordered - literally the next day when I was told to expect it within two! The only thing I was a little disappointed with was the colour of the backdrop - not quite as light in colour as I'd hoped, but the overall product quality seems good. “I was confused as to how or who to ask for assistance when I entered. I wasn't certain where the till was and where the person helping me wanted me to go to so that I could pay for goods. It felt like I had to nudge someone to move forward with my experience instead of feeling like someone was interested in helping me. That said, all staff were helpful and professional.”
