“I visited the Glasgow branch, and I was looking to buy a Nikon 16-85mm lens, and the guys was very helpful, and I bought the lens, and its great, much sharper than my previous lens, which was the kit lens whih came with the camera. I will definately be buy from the shop again. Kind regards Gordon”

“If I go to the supermarket and a queue starts to form at the checkout, the staff stop what they're doing and help out. It would be good to cut the queuing time at Calumet.”

“Bought the Manfrotto Advanced Active Backpack II to replace another backpack. Took it on a fieldtrip to Pembroke last week. It lets you carry a good mix of camera (Nikon D7100 + sigma 18-250 lens, nikon 35mm and nikon 10 -24mm) and other gear. Heavy rain first two days - pack coped really well with its waterproof cover. Very comfortable to wear all day whilst walking. Carried my laptop in the back while travelling to Pembroke, but with the computer in the back it is very heavy and I wouldn't like to lug it round a lot. Overall a very good design”

“I got great advice: the operator compared products with me & explained clearly that one of the items would have to be ordered-in as it's a non-stock item, but if I wished, I could have either part, or combined delivery. Utterly professional & I even got an eMail from the operator who took my order a few days before delivery, telling me that my items had shipped. Brilliant.”

“Calumet Glasgow has great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. My rental experience would have been perfect had one unit not stopped working mid shoot. However, I was not charged for that particular unit, which was a nice solution.”
