“I visited your Birmingham store for the purpose of seeking a rucksack. After visiting Jessops and Currys (as they are located within central Birmingham) I could not find what I was looking for. Your store had a good and wider selection and the young lady who helped me was friendly and not pushy. I will gladly return to buy more gear!”

“Several years ago I found myself at Calumet, Glasgow following a recommendation from a Friend. From my first visit AND PURCHASE, I swore that I would never go elsewhere since the Service was second to none and the Staff's knowledge was very Professional. A couple of weeks ago I visited Calumet, Glasgow with the intention of updating my equipment. I purchased a Nikon D800 Body. Again the advice and attention to detail received was excellent. I can only add TWO more words.....THANKS TOMMY.”

“my order was taken via the internet and dispatched promptly, maybe a tracking number might have helped?. the item was well packaged and arrived safely after 4 days. I have dealt with Calumet in the past and find their service very good.”

“Found this company whilst searching for other photographic equipment. This was the lowest price by far for the tripod I wanted, so much so that I cancelled my order with another company and ordered from Calumet instead. Postage was reasonable & delivery was quick. Couldn't have asked for a better transaction.”

“Very knowledgeable, patient with my teeny weeny purchase (A.Battery.Titchy) as though I was purchasing a barrage of Cooke Prime Lenses & laughed @ my appalling jokes. You don't get all that on the web. An Utter Pleasure, As Always. Highly Recommended.”

“The staff at Calumet know what they're talking about. I used their Birmingham store and the staff were very helpful and gave some good advice. What really surprised me was the price. All their new stock is reasonable and their used selection is very well priced, in fact I know I couldn't have picked up my Nikon D600 cheaper anywhere, including well known auction sites. This makes Calumet a top high street retailer. The brilliant price and the fact I can have any of their stock shipped to my local store, to actually hold in my hand before I buy is fantastic.”

“This was my first digital camera and staff began by showing me the highest quality and giving me a catalogue. From this I reviewed the best camera I could afford and we went through tripods, memory cards and batteries. (I still haven't completed my tripod as I need a film head so I can pan but I am glad I choose a tripod with this option) I felt as if I could trust their opinions but wish they had pushed me to buy a more expensive camera.”

“Buying a new and expensive lens was all good. However I left an old Pentax for repair a few weeks ago, paid £30 to cover cost of post and estimate. As yet I have not yet been told whether it is worth fixing or how much it will cost despite enquiring at least twice. Staff friendly and helpful.”
