“I thought that I had a problem an item I purchased . There was no problem . A total miss understanding on my part .I had not set it up correctly . Calumet with the aid of Rebecca sorted things out . Calumet had the item checked , found it not to be at fault , and returned to me . No fuss and no charge . First class service”

“Excellent personal customer service, I ended up with exactly the camera that suited me specifications and it works absolutely brilliantly. Very speedy delivery. Only aspect to improve would be compatibility knowledge - I arrived to pic up a microphone it turned out would not work with the camera. However, no real complaints and I will be back.”

“An initial mistake was made at time of purchase and the wrong item was inadvertently purchased, however, correction, action and speed of collection and return was all carried out at a professional and most efficient level with email contact at every step of the way. Well done. John”

“Calumet took the time to source a small but hard-to-get Nikon item for me. They cannot have made any profit in the venture but their service was excellent, and they contacted me, unprompted, several times to update me on progress. I took the time to mail the sales persons supervisor and let them know how pleased I was with their service. I can thoroughly recommend Calumet, and shall be using them for all my future photography purchases. You may save a few pounds going to discount warehouses, but for me, customer service wins every time.”

“Invoice number 3432758: This order was made on 24.03.14. and I am still waiting for it to be completed TWENTY-NINE days later though I was told I would receive it in 7 - 10 days.”

“The service I received from Calumet was first class. I was kept informed right through the purchase process as to my order status. The item I required was out of stock but Calumet searched every shop they have not only in England but also Northern Ireland. When the item was found it was shipped to me and I received it within two days. It seemed that they could not do enough for me and I have nothing but praise for them and I would certainly purchase other items from them in the future. A 5 star service all round. David.”

“Not impressed with the delivery service. I placed this, my first order with Calumet, on Friday 4th April. According to the website it was a 2 day delivery service, however the order wasn't picked until the 9th and I received it late on the 10th. I should have received this order by Tuesday 8th at the latest, compared to most of the suppliers that I use this was poor.”
