“Good postal service ordering online, but a disappointing experience in store. After driving all the way across town to buy some radio triggers to use with my speedlights I went with the PW plus 3 units. They might have thought to mention that I'd been a hot shoe adaptor, but no... And then after calling to ask if they sold a hot shoe adaptor I drove all the way back out there again (an hour round trip) only to be sold something incompatible. Never did bother taking it back, just bought something (from another business) online.”

“Product: Calumet Posing Stool I was looking for an inexpensive option for photographing in the studio and using for graduation photography. There were other cheaper options on Amazon and other sites, but the height range wasn't as great so I decided to go with Calumet. I'm happy I did because I can't imagine the cheaper options would have been anywhere near as solid. The gas lift mechanism works very smoothly and the plastic base is very sturdy. The padded seat is plush, although the upholstery could be a little thicker as it seems like it might wear after some use. I was pleased to see both casters and solid feet in the box. You can choose which to use when building. It would be nice if the stools came apart easily for transport. Overall very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend. Pros: Sturdy, Comes with both Casters and Solid Feet, Good sized Seat for posing Cons: Upholstery doesn't seem very hard wearing”

“Used the studio in Manchester and found the staff and manager very helpful. My only complaint is getting through to calumet on the phone can be hard work - the phone will often ring out unanswered.”
