“The item I ordered took too long to reach me (nearly 2 months) and it will be returned ASAP as I found exactly the same product at two thirds of the price elsewhere and it was delivered within 5 days of ordering it!”

“Have recently made two separate purchases from Calumet. My first ever was a new `Nikon Dslr and lenses. The shop staff in Birmingham were extremely helpful in demonstrating the camera to me and in processing the order. When they found they didn't have the lenses I required in stock they suggested I receive the whole order together the following day, and true to their word everything arrived as specified - even more impressive as that was Good Friday. The second purchase was in the Glasgow store when I needed a new camera backpack during a trip to Scotland. Again I was greeted by very helpful staff and this time on knowing I was an existing customer I was addressed by name, small thing but i makes you feel valued. I'll be back.”

“As is usually the case, the sales person was well informed, helpful with what I specifically wanted and well able to extend the conversation with background information and guidance, well beyond mere price and spec. Calumet may not always be the absolute cheapest way to get my professional kit, but they offer a very good range, and the quality of service is very reassuring when spending large sums.”

“The staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The items were part of their excellent stock levels and they were able give me advice on the size and quality of the data storage that would best suit the cameras. The price was a little more than the lowest on the web ...but the service and confidence more than made up for the few extra pounds.”

“The lens I ordered was not in stock. I had to wait over three weeks for it to come in. The day they arrived the Glasgow store tried to contact me I was out but later I phoned and went to the store and got the lens for the price I had ordered it at although it had gone in price. I'm very please with the Glasgow store and will continue to use them.”

“The company, as a whole, stocks professional level gear. The local store (Glasgow) usually carries 90% of the stock on the store website and/or will get an item requested delivered to the store for pick-up very quickly. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and interested in its customers. My name and equipment is known personally to the staff who offer me any assistance in choosing the best equipment for any projects I have in mind. I am very impressed by their level of service to me and I use the store as my go-to place for equipment and accessories.”
