“Visited on one of your trade shows great to see so much up to date equipment, had some trouble parking, staff were helpful bought Epson R3000 printer excellent!”

“On my visits to the branch, I have often found the staff aloof and not particularly friendly - a customer service programme for staff might help. Although a second hand purchase, the camera was not boxed and was handed over initially in a plastic bag until I asked for some packaging ! There were also a few missing accessories from the original camera set. I was told they were 'extra's but later found out from the online manual they were part of original camera set. It seems reasonable that what was part of the original camera set should have been known by the salesperson.”

“Order was put for everything to be sent together which held it up. I know I ordered with a PO but it would be good to have the option to change this when ordering. Other than that everyone I've spoken to has been super helpful and polite. Awesome!”

“The salesperson went out of his way to advise and help in the choice of camera and lenses and the best sd and cf cards to use. He also spent 20 minutes going through camera bags and inserts before advising me not to buy any that they had in stock as none were suitable for my requirements. Overall the best service I have had for many years. I will be using be making Calumet my first choice of dealer in the future”

“Have ordered several items from this company, The quality of the goods being excellent, The items arrived very quickly and well packaged (if not too well packaged) estimated delivery times being bang on each time. I will be using them again and would honestly recomend them to anyone seeking quality and service. 10/10 keep up the good work!!”

“I was waiting for a Calumet Rolling Case - the smaller of the two - which was 'out of stock but accepting orders'. I'd ordered online on the advice of a member of staff at the Drummond Street store, who helpfully pointed out that the waiting list might exceed the number of cases when they arrived and I didn't want to be last on the list. When the cases were still showing as out of stock after the expected delivery date I dropped Calumet a note asking if they had an ETA. They explained there had been a batch rejected on quality control grounds and there would be a further delay. When I said I would be needing the bag very soon, they made me 'an offer I couldn't refuse' on the bigger case that I won't quote here. Problem solved. The bigger case is a bit of a monster - will hold so much more than I would usually need to pack - but that's better than not holding enough. I was more than satisfied with the level of personal service and willingness to solve my problem. Calumet won't be losing this customer any time soon.”

“In recent months I have received more diabolical customer care and service ie. I was promise next day delivery for a filter pack I needed for the weekend, they did not arrive, I had to cancelled the order, but they still sent them on the Monday. On another order I purchase a wacom tablet, this time I was promise a replacement with out any problem for the box was damage. I took the tablet back for I was having some problems with it, I was offered a repair. Another long line of hope less care, I have received from your company over the years.”

“Calumet have a great product range teamed with heaps of experience as well being very helpful. Their website is not bad but finding some items can be a bit difficult (I found it quicker to Google externally than their own website search engine). Will definitely use them again for all sorts of photo kit as they have such an extensive and good range of products.”

“Your member of staff was excellent, with a good knowledge of what I needed, so was able to recommend the ideal product. Not only that, but, knowing it was for a birthday present, she tracked the delivery and alerted me by telephone that it may not arrive in time. In the end it arrived on exactly the right day. Well done that girl!! Christine of Sheffield”
