“The service and help that I received on the day was excellent and your shop assistant was extremely good and gave me some very good advice. I hope on my next visit he is on duty to facilitate my problem solving. I think this young man is a bonus to your staff team. Thanks a lot.”

“My online experience recently at Calumet was good , actually . I spoke with a very helpful woman on the phone about a pretty major purchase which I had been planning to carry out in the store a short while previously but the service I received instore was extremely off-putting. The assistant treated me in a patronising and very offhand manner and made my decision even harder as he was so disinterested in helping me. Hats off to the online assistant who allowed me to talk through my indecision !”

“I went to get advises to buy my first monopod and tripod. I was served by Yep, very kind and knowledgable. He was able to give me the best advises for my needs. Showed me and demonstrated both monopod and tripod and also gave me advise on which head to get. I bought the monopod from Manfrotto and a UV filter and will come back when i need to get the tripod. I'll come and definitely ask for him again in the future.”

“I came to the Manchester branch hoping to get my camera repaired but wasn't too optimistic. The young man I spoke to was extremely helpfull and although he could have blinded me with science he didn't. I bought a new Fuji digital which I am very pleased with.”

“Bought a Sun Sniper Pro II strap from the Drummond Street branch. Despite reviews I had seen about the staff being unhelpful, the guy who served me was pleasant and really helpful. This is the main branch and it can get busy and I normally do my shopping online but wanted to see the branch and it was a positive experience for me.”
