“Working as a television cameraman, there are a few companies I can use to purchase kit in and around Glasgow. My first choice is Calumet as you have well informed extremely helpful staff and actually have stock! Many other outlets have pretty much zero stock in store so there is no opportunity to actually handle kit. So many thanks to you all, and in particular to your guys and gals in Glasgow and Edinburgh who provide a fab service, best wishes, Stan Leech”

“I recently purchased a quantity of 'Brilliant' printing paper. The offer of "three for the price of two" was too tempting. The product is excellent and all I could wish for. My clients are happy and therefore I am happy. On the downside I was charged £14.95 because I live in the Scottish Highlands and there was not enough stock to complete my order. Thus I am still waiting over a week later for the balance of my order. Come on Calumet sharpen up.”

“I have used Calumet Manchester for a few years now and to be honest i would not go any where else,the service is always second to none ,advice always freely available from the staff ,always they are polite,friendly and nothing ever too much trouble. “Unfortunately there was long waits when I went to the Drummond street store. I ordered my product on the phone on a Saturday and was told I could collect in store on the Monday. I phoned on the Monday to check it had arrived and was told it was never ordered. Very disappointing.”

“I had a very good experience buying a new Nikon lens. The service was excellent and the lens arrived very fast and extremely well packaged. I would buy again and recommend them to other photographers. The person I spoke with on the phone gave very good service as well.”
