“have to say often find waiting in queue a long time 15 mins or so, so presumably not enough staff!”

“On entering your Birmingham store I was greeted with a smile & a friendly hello from both the staff behind the counter. I'd got there to upgrade my camera body & was suguested a good selection of nikon cameras, which your staff had a good deal of knowledge about. They was happy to spend time showing me around the camera & settings on which I had chosen. I walk out after perchasing my new nikon D7100 body a happy & pleased customer, plus I've recommended friends & family who are into photography to use your stores.”

“The only known source of Brilliant (by brand and quality) printing paper, simply the best gallery quality. Ordered and delivered to Finland quickly. High cost for dispatch but worth it.”

“I was a little surprised to find that there was no give when spending a large sum of money on a camera. I really hoped that maybe a free memory card could have been added but the salesman was very matter of fact (where do we make money!! ) I felt like walking out of the shop and going elsewhere but I really needed the camera, Will probably not purchase from again... Apart from that was helped in my purchase.”

“Despite a mix up with the order - part of my order went out of stock in short period between order and finance application confirmation - customer service staff were exceptionally helpful and sorted everything out. Staff in both London Drummond Street and Edinburgh stores were great, too. Overall, very pleased.”
