“I purchased a Bowens lighting kit and was impressed by the knowledge and overall helpfulness of the staff member who attended to me. I find that any time I use the store in Glasgow the staff are all very helpful and know the products they are selling”

“Popped into the Calumet store in Manchester last year as was up that way on a photo shoot, needed a few urgent memory sticks and card readers, what a brilliant set up and the service was superb. Great choice of gear and easy to browse and try the equipment. Despite only buying 2 card readers and a couple of memory sticks, I was offered a cuppa and sat and had a great chat with a member of the calumet team, now that's what I call dedication to the customer and tip top service.”

“I was THAT customer that had viewed the on-line catalogue and spotted what I wanted, checked its availability in the stock of my nearest Calumet branch and then had the temerity to walk in and expect it to be in the list on the store's system, described as I had seen it! STUPID boy! FULL MARKS to the lovely lady behind the counter - she chased it up hill and down dale, even rang a friend, who made a suggestion, VOILA! THERE it was, exactly as I had described it! Just not listed where expected - I could have had five of "them" but one was sufficient! Just to be sure, we tried it on my camera and it worked. The prize at the end, was a bargain for me, entertainment for my new friend and about a fiver in the till! CUSTOMER SATISFACTION COMES WITH BEAUTIFUL BELLS!”

“Have been in the Glasgow store on a number of occasions and have always found the staff to be knowledgeable, professional and eager to assist. Personally I think that the service provided is first class and it is very unlikely that I would consider any other outlet for the supply of my photographic equipment”

“I like dealing with Calumet. The staff seem very helpful and like to put the customer at the core of everything they do. This was a simple transaction which saved me money on the product, and allowed me to buy something over the phone rather than a 30 mile round trip on Birmingham motorways. There are no mainstream photo / camera dealers in my area anymore, so I am grateful for the connection with a knowledgeable and professional team of friendly people. Once again I am a satisfied customer. Thank you!”

“I buy my professional lenses from Calumet because I know that the lenses are top quality with UK warranties.I have tried other sellers from Hong Kong and auction websites but the cheaper prices ment there where quality issues with the lenses.I had to send them back for refunds. I have had 4 Nikon lenses from Calumet and they have all been top quality, sharp and mechanically sound.The lenses are always delivered quick and well packed .I would not hesitate to buy from Calumet again.”
