“Irrespective of the product purchased (price or quantity) the service provided by the Staff at the Glasgow branch (Alan, Alex, Tommy, Don and Paul) is always personable, well informed and affable. You are made welcome upon entering the store (akin to 'Norm' making his entry into 'Cheers') and leave knowing that the same welcome awaits your next visit. Stock availability is never an issue - it is either in store or easily available with very little delay. Your problem rarely remains so when these guys go to work. It is a pleasure to know them and to shop at their branch. If every Calumet branch is the same, there must be a lot of happy satisfied customers.”

“Excellent camera - far better than the 5D MkII I've just sold and lighter/smaller/cheaper too :-) WiFi works really well - can be controlled remotely from my phone”

“I purchased a camera back adaptor to mount a Hasselblad V-fit digital back on a view camera as a "Buy it Now" transaction from an ebay listing. The purchase was very straight forward, the item arrived very quickly, it was very well packed and exactly as described in the listing. Why not 5 stars then? You haven't completed the transaction by leaving feedback. That is just bad manners!”

“Excellent price. Really fast delivery on recently ordered item. Product range seems very broad with all the known brands plus 'house' alternatives at competitive prices. A first port of call from most things photographic for me.”

“The Lady who served me was very friendly and knowledgable. You did not have the camera I wanted on site but she made sure I received it from your Bristol store the next day ! and this was on the lead up to Christmas. Excellent service.”

“Hi, I bought the D7000 kit, I found the service sadly i had to take the camera back, for some reason I was getting blurred pictures, you sent it of to Nikon, and came back, not much different, i then took to a local photographer who sorted it out, but from time to time my lens has a dicky fit, for some season it goes on a full focus and stays there, I have to turn the camera off, to fix the the problem,, so in a nutshell things could of been better ,”

“I call on my Bristol store now and again and always find them super helpful to the point of looking up tutorials for me on You Tube if they are not sure of the best solution regarding any query I might have. I am not a professional photographer but produce my own catalogue of imported goods & we photograph in-house and learn on the job. Calumet staff have always been a great help and I would not hesitate to recommend them - nothing is too much trouble!”

“Calumet are very good when it comes to ordering the goods you need, with advice and help with queries and getting your goods to you. The staff at Manchester are great. Unfortunately Calumet falls short when a problem arises, as, for example, faulty goods. You are requested to put your complaint in writing, but I am still waiting for a reply, or even an acknowledgement, 6 weeks later.”
