“Very good, however went to the exhibition in Birmingham and I spoke to 3 members of calumet staff, two members of staff gave me a different percentage of an item and the third didn't. Felt like it was a bit unorganised.”

“made the trip through to buy a Nikon F1.8 lens as advertised. Did not have one in stock so ended up buying a more expensive lens. Rather disappointed as I could have bought the other lens online £20 cheaper.”

“Items delivered promptly as soon as they were available. the only improvement to the process that I can suggest is a system for notifying the customer when items are to be delivered so that arrangements can be made to receive them”

“Compact & light, the stand fits into my existing lighting kit bag nicely - Fits my needs quite well, however getting the background to clip in is a bit of an exercise, the clasps are quite tight with little wiggle room. However, it's not a dealbreaker.”

“Good, prompt service. Ordered large LED panel light and it was here next day - perfect. Only bad point - a while ago I ordered a polarising filter over the phone for a Nikon D7100, it arrived and I put the filter in with my kit. I have a job to do photographing a product with glass and I need to reduce the reflections - so I opened the filter case and oh no it's a 52 mm filter and the D7100 is a 67 mm fitting. So I had to buy another filter from a local supplier same day. But other than that mishap Calumet are very good...”

“I bought a pair of Bowen 530 continuous lights, Paul at Calumnet was very helpful. One of the 10 lightbulbs wasn't working and is being replaced free of charge. However, I noted that the light bulbs supplied were 24kW, the web site says 30kW. Having said that the equipment is well constructed and I expect will be reliable.”

“Was a warranty return, unfortunately it got lost in the system and nearly 2 months later after an email and phone call the replacement part arrived. Usually extremely happy and had no issues in the past.”

“Ordered film because the prices were good. The film was delivered in three separate deliveries which was odd but when I emailed Calumet I did get an explanation. I would recommend them and use them again.”

“CREATIVE WORKSHOP. This workshop was excellent, The title for the day was a little misleading because the tuition is more on the basics of studio lighting and not particularly creative, but it was very enjoyable and Danielle was excellent and passed her knowledge on in a clear in a easy to understand way. All in all a very good day.”

“The staff in Edinburgh's calumet are always very helpful...always. My only gripe with Calumet is their site... it's terrible! Model your site on Wex and I'm sure you'll see increased online sales. In fact, give me a call and I'll consult. John Need”

“I bought the student membership as i spend quite a bit of money on paper and film and will be moving onto digital very soon. The pack sent was good and the film will come in handy! I'm sure i will also use the one to one session when next in london”
