“I recently purchased a tripod from Calumet Manchester and the only one they had in stock of the model I was interested in was a floor display model. I asked if they would offer a slight reduction in the price considering it had been unpackaged and on the floor, but the request was refused.”

“The repair to my lens was completed ahead of estimated time and I was kept informed during the process by friendly staff, shame about the high price but this was probably down to Canon rather than Calumet. I would certainly use Calumet again for repairs.”

“Good value, seems like good quality (time will tell) and prompt delivery. No assembly instructions on the boom arm and tried a few variations to get it right (I think) . Overall, Very satisfied.”

“Basically the service worked...I ordered something, they sent it and I received in quickly. One thing I would suggest is more contact throughout the process- I received no emails regarding the item having been dispatched e.t.c. I would of liked some in my inbox saying 'Your item has been dispatched...estimated delivery' ...But the item itself was very well packaged, in stock when most other places were out of stock, well priced and arrived very quickly. I would use again definitely.”

“The "over the phone Assistant", was good, and I am still waiting for the outstanding piece of equipment. What dismays me is that a basic piece of equipment ( K2 Yellow Filter for Black and White photography), was not available off the shelf, and tha's what I am waiting for. Someone will justify this by saying " Oh it's old film technology", but I also shoot digital images and still use a film camera as well. It doesn't seem too much to hope for an off the shelf supply of basic range filters.”

“Slightly mixed opinion - I emailed customer support asking someone to call me on my mobile as I wanted to place an order. Customer service then emailed me back asking me to ring them to place my order! But nonetheless I was very impressed by ALex who somehow got my order delivered at 0830 the next day, even though it was late afternoon when I placed the order.”

“My first purchase from Calumet. It was the cheapest price I saw (for a WU-1a Nikon dongle) It was delivered promptly, no fuss. Surprising how many fail at this basic first hurdle, so bodes well for future business with this company.”
