I'm very happy with Calumet and the lovely people that work at the shop - very helpful. The only reason I didn't give you the very good mark is that I am still waiting for the lights I ordered and paid for 3 weeks ago due to some delivery delay.

A very impressive product swiftly delivered to Belfast office. The Canon redemption (free monopod if bought with product) leaves a lot to be desired and it still hasn't arrived. There was also a similar problem with a previous redemption offer from Canon. Calument was supportive however.

Enjoyable experience, the staff seemed knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Only downside was there not being discreet bags in which to carry a good-sized DSLR box, along with a lens (in the box) across London. Two plastic bags turned inside out made it a bit less obvious.

Always courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Only frustration is with the time delay on availability of Hannamula papers and Epson R3000 print cartridges. Friends make the same comment. Thanks Michael McKinnon

No issues with Calumet. Do wish you have some more stock items in store to try before you buy. Spending from £4-500 upwards there are some items you like to try. Main reason I can't give a Very Good is the call system. I like to speak to the branch who know my issues and will help with local experience. If I need to call your contact centre I now look around online to see the product which results in looking for better prices. Calumet is not the cheapest of the market but I am happy to pay that little extra when I have a local sales rep giving me trusted advice.

Recent visit to Birmingham branch, for seminar, had a chance to speak with staff about various items. All very helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to continuing to be a Calumet customer.

I bought a Fuji x-t1 from Drummond Street and had trouble with the battery not charging. It wasn't know if it was the battery or the charger that was the problem. I was only getting 177 JPEGS from a charge. The battery was only charging for a relatively short time before it indicated that it was fully charged. You didn't have either a battery or a charger to replace the ones I was having trouble with, so suggested you keep the camera to test it for yourselves and find the problem. I wasn't too happy as I had just spent a lot of money on a new camera which I wanted to use. It was decided to replace the entire unit in the circumstances. When I charged the new battery, it charged for the length of time I would have expected, and I get the amount of shots from it that I would expect. It was very good that you replaced the whole unit, but a bit of an oversight that you had no spare chargers or batteries in stock, which would most likely have solved the problem. So in summary, really great that you changed the whole thing, but I felt a little uncomfortable when the problem was most likely the charger/battery.

Very good purchase. just a shame that the camera did not come with the specialised charger. Still trying to get one. Very good company.
