“I usually source products on-line at the Calumet website, then phone the sales team and discuss my needs. They are always very positive, know what they are talking about, quick to understand my needs and very helpful in finding a solution. Deliveries are usually next-day which is excellent for my studio turnaround.”

“Great product availability as always a Calumet. This was the first time I had visited the Drummond Street since the change of layout and although the sales people were a bit less visible it seemed to work as I got served much more quickly than before. With the central desk in the middle of the room, it always used to take ages to get served. Much quicker now.”

“Very good service, after initial mix up with my camera not being sent out. Mistake was rectified quickly and camera arrived next day as promised. Can't fault customer services. Item bought from ebay and was exactly as described.”

“Although the help at Calumet is always pragmatic and to the point, it can be fairly curt and impersonal. I think the guys in there really know their stuff when it comes to photography, but I suspect 'customer service' may be a cursory afterthought.”

“I would like to complain about the absolute lack of customer service Calumet Photographic has provided in the whole process of this transaction. Which I might add that I am still to receive my goods! To start off with I was unable to log into my account, probably because I had not used it in a while. I had to phone up twice in order to resolve this issue. I then placed an order at approximately 3pm on the 11th March and selected the '2 day' delivery option. It is now the 17th March and I have not received my order. I have called twice, once on Saturday 14th and again Monday 16th to chase this up. Both times the person at the other end was very blasé and put the blame on the Birmingham branch and also the fact I'd ordered so late on the Wednesday. 3pm is within business hours and your delivery option states 2 days (not working days I might add) so I should have had my order by Friday, Saturday at the latest. I am still waiting, and have been left high and dry by your staff who demonstrated no concern for the failure in service. I am also pretty put out that Calumet has emailed me for a review before my purchase has arrived. Well I feel extremely annoyed and would appreciate someone in management to call me about this issue. My order no is: W-00026990-UK”

“This is the third or fourth occasion I have purchased full camera kit through Calumet Glasgow and once again I have not been disappointed . Product knowledge excellent and never pushy to "sell" me anything other than what I needed. Tommy, who I consulted with first and then Paul who pulled together my final inventory of kit were so informative, helpful and nice with it. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my photography needs and I will continue to recommend the team at Calumet Glasgow to anyone else.”

“Good, prompt service. Ordered large LED panel light and it was here next day - perfect. Only bad point - a while ago I ordered a polarising filter over the phone for a Nikon D7100, it arrived and I put the filter in with my kit. I have a job to do photographing a product with glass and I need to reduce the reflections - so I opened the filter case and oh no it's a 52 mm filter and the D7100 is a 67 mm fitting. So I had to buy another filter from a local supplier same day. But other than that mishap Calumet are very good...”
