“Items delivered promptly as soon as they were available. the only improvement to the process that I can suggest is a system for notifying the customer when items are to be delivered so that arrangements can be made to receive them”

“No matter when I go into Calumet, Belfast, the staff are always more than helpful. They aren't forceful in their sales, but they are very knowledgable about every product that I may have a question about. The personal touch the staff have always make me want to return to the store. If it means paying a little more than other online Outlets - the welcome from the staff along with the customer service / after service, is definitely worth it! Angus and Kelly are great assets to the store.”

“Compact & light, the stand fits into my existing lighting kit bag nicely - Fits my needs quite well, however getting the background to clip in is a bit of an exercise, the clasps are quite tight with little wiggle room. However, it's not a dealbreaker.”

“The jury is out. I traded in some of my gear, all current, for a new 100-400 Canon. All went well until the very end when I found out that the lens was out of stock. Whether this is bad or a disaster depends on when I receive it!! I also found out by shear fluke that my old 100-400 lens was sold on in less than 2 hours. As the show was busy it couldn't have been checked properly. I happen to know that my lens was in good nick but in principle it's scary!!”

“Lovely Sales attendant ..but neither the lens or Camera bag was in stock Amazon delivered my Camera Bag at 10am the following morning so didn't need to wait the suggested 5 or 6 days Also it was a beautiful day on Sunday ...and I was out photographing all day ...My lovely new lens arrived on ..Tuesday ...”

“From my first phone call to walking out with my purchase the service I received was first class. I had intended to rent a Fuji X Pro1 before making up my mind about its purchase but I decided that, having looked at it, I would go ahead and buy it. There wasn't one in stock but one was ordered for me with the warning that it would take an hour to arrive. While I was waiting I was made a cup of tea and invited to try equipment. The wait also gave me time to talk to George the salesman who was familiar with the X Pro1. Altogether a pleasant buying experience. I would recommend, and have done, Calumet to anyone wishing to buy photographic equipment.”

“Each and every time I need to approach Calumet for either information purposes or a equipment request, the response is highly professional and staff go out of their way to be helpful. The way the shop floor is laid out always inspires, and the staff make you feel welcome and valued not matter what you are intending to purchase. I would always choose Calumet over an online shop, as personally I prefer to deal with them face to face, but also I would not hesitate to buy from their online shop.”

“Hello! I recently purchased a Nikon Df, upgrading from the D700 (also purchased from you), that I have had few a few years. I was in two-minds, as was also considering the D810E. But chatting with your the member of staff, about both camera's and what I shoot, we opted for the Df. Knowledge. astute. great to deal with. They had experience and passion for photography, and getting you the right equipment. We then diverted into lighting, but more of that on my next visit.”
