“Although I rate Calumet as excellent I am afraid that the delivery side of your service was a little slack. My delivery was sent to the billing address and not the delivery address and had to be re- posted also the address on the invoice was also the billing address not the delivery address. Calumet however are a great company with excellent service so all is forgiven.”

“Excellent! There was a slight hiccup in between my finance application and the order, but that was not their fault. Other than that, the customer service team were quick to reply and very polite and my camera and lens came on time and in good condition. Top show, guys!”

“I very rarely complete reviews, however I must say that service with Calumet Photographic has been excellent. Ordered a new Fuji camera on Thursday and delivered to my address on Friday.....and I got the best value with their price promise. I have no hesitation recommending them to other customers. And I love the new S1 camera. What more can I say other than "Thanks Calumet". Martin”

“I was served by two different members of staff who I had approached speperatly. Both were very efficient and polite. The chap I bought the lens from clearly knew his subject well. The sale was not in the slightest bit rushed and there was no pressure to buy. A pleasurable 30 minutes in the shop and I have a nice new lens.”

“Calumet have always been a delight to come cry with whenever I need to purchase a product or need advice on photography equipment. I recently attended the Birmingham store for their open day and purchased the RC1188 roller case. For a very short photographer, o find this case is perfect for my photography equipment and I find it easy to move everything from location to location. I had been lugging around a named brand carry case for a long time but as my business grew I needed something more convenient to hold more equipment. This case is secure, fits all my of my 5 lenses, 2 camera bodies (although you can fit up to 3) and various other items such as external flashguns, LED light panels, triggers, Chargers etc.”

“Went to Calumet to purchase a dji osmo, reserved it by phone on the day, Went in that afternoon and picked it up without any problems. Calumet also threw in a freebie for me. Overall happy with the service and would be going there again for more videography equipment :) Can't believe I have not shopped there before! Thanks :)”

“One of the problems of living in the South West is that nothing is nearby. I knew the photoshoot was due and I knew from the last one that grey background would do the job better than white and that in this venue turning grey to white was doable. Being as near to organisation I am to anywhere calling Calumet the day before the shoot seemed hopeless but that's what I did. "No problem" said Stephen in the Bristol branch, "would you like it before 9:00AM or 10:00AM?" I chose the former, and given that the postage was to be the same I ordered some white too. Next morning, before 9:00AM two rolls of paper delivered to the house, ready for the shoot. Paper is paper (to a point) of course the Calumet paper is great but what makes the difference is a professional service, and that's what I received. Well done Calumet (Bristol).”
