“I always have a great experience in Calumet Drummond Street (also online!). Customer service is great and they are really helpful. I have spent over 15 mins with someone from the staff that explained everything about the Gitzo tripods. I ended up buying one. A very pleasing experience.”

“I have purchased a fair bit of equipment from Calumet, including a DSLR body and some lenses, and have always found the staff to be knowledgeable, informative, and professional. They answer any queries well, and actually listen to what the customers requirements are, without trying to sell 'add-ons' that just aren't needed. I will always use Calumet as the first port of call, never really having to look elsewhere after contacting them. Excellent service.”

“Helpful staff who don't put pressure on, a little tricky to find due to the road works and location but worth the trouble as vast amounts of tech and kit to check out in a relaxed environment. Free parking, nothing to fault really at all.”

“I just purchased a Canon printer from Calumet and took advantage of their amazing finance offer. The process was very quick and painless. Everything happened just as the sales person said it would and the printer arrived the very next day. Great service. Very happy. I'll be making purchases again, as I have done for over 20 years. “Most of my camera purchases are made at Calumet and the fact i keep coming back is testament to my satisfaction of the service I have received. The key to this satisfaction is the staff. When I get service from a member of staff, other members will greet and speak to me. When I pre-ordered items the staff member dealing with the purchase has kept me in the loop. There a friendly atmosphere in the shop and a customer can browse the the shop without the fear of being harassed by a member of staff. In the purchase that generated this review the Open Day. I purchased a Lowepro Event Messenger 150. The Lower rep reduced the price by £10 and and Calumet gave a 20% discount. One of the problems that does irritate me and this is not the fault Calumet. Like other areas of retail, manufactures like to have sales,which means keeping prices high for a lot of the year. I am now reluctant to purchase big ticket items until I see the sale sign. Derek”
