“The lens was a competitive price and next day delivery was free. Lens was well packed also. Communications (in terms of replying to a simple email) was only so-so.”

“I have two go to photographic stores near me and Calumet are one of them. The showroom is well stocked with parking. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very Curtis. If you're on their email list you should get own brand discount day offers which are great. They also rent equipment and deliver items. What's not to like.”

“I purchased a lens on the interest free credit offer. I wanted to pick up the lens at the Euston store and said that when paying the deposit over the phone and when making the initial order. I arrived at the store and was kept waiting whilst staff tried to find out where my lens was. I was told that the lens had been shipped to me when I had specifically said I would come to the store and pick it up. I had to arrange for a neighbour to accept delivery and leave a note on my front door to tell the FEDeX people to deliver to the neighbour. This was a real inconvenience. Additionally your finance people were very slow in getting back to me to approve the finance. Not good overall.”

“Every member of staff at Calumet store on Boucher Rd, Belfast was very friendly and helpful thought most of my dealings was with a member of staff called Angus. Not being too familiar with some of the latest features on digital cameras made me apprehensive in purchasing a new digital; however Angus went to great lengths to explain the various advances in digital technology and because of his advice I felt confident in making my purchase. Angus also helped me to select several accessories that have proven to be invaluable. Overall I’m delighted with my new equipment thanks to Angus’ guidance and insight to my needs. My new camera has given me a renewed enthusiasm for photography. Calumet has just gained a loyal customer. Many thanks. Paul Ingram”
