“Ordered a 24-70mm lens costing nearly £1000, at The Photography Show 2015, oh and still waiting for it after some moron at Calument processed my order wrong, I was then told it would be delivered the next day, oh yeah and it wasn't, bunch of idiots working there.”

“I ordered my Manfrotto back pack from the Photography show at the NEC. After a few days the parcel had not arrived so I gave the main depot a call. The gent was very helpful but couldn't find my parcel so arranged for a call back the next day. I did receive a call back and was told the package had been dispatched. I received it the very next day. Very friendly service”

“The team at Calumet were both helpful and knowledgable. They were able to guide me through the various pro's and con's of the options available to me within my price point. Providing good advice as to the best solution based on my intended usage. I am really pleased with my purchases as a result, Calumet will be my first stop for any photography purchases and advice in the future. I left with the feeling they genuinely wanted me to get the most from my purchase. Thanks guys!”

“first time visiting a store, Alex who served me was helpful and knowlegable my order arrived and even though some parts were missing by the time i had noticed and contacted Alex they were already in the post, they had been left out when the product had been checked prior to being dispatched. you can't ask for more than that. Many Thanks' i will be using Calumet again”

“I ordered an item at the Drummond St. store. Helpful service from the staff as always, told 1-2 days delivery. Nothing arrived. I had to chase twice over the following week. Apparently most of the stock was from the Birmingham show and still lying in a room in Milton Keynes. But they said I'd be sent one from the Edinburgh store. It arrived as promised - but it was clearly 2nd hand! The box was open (resealed with Sellotape), the internal packaging had been opened, and the cables were dirty indicating extensive prior use). I called Drummond St straight away. They (again helpful), said either immediate return via web site form and Fedex, or spk w/Calumet central tomorrow. I tried the former - but Fedex not possible (I'd have to take it ti a Post Office and insure and sent it myself...). I emailed Calumet customer services explaining the problem - and no response at all. So I called Calumet central who didn't know anything about the email, said they'd send Fedex asap, and a manager would take action straight away and they'd call me right back. The Fedex man arrived quickly and took the 2nd hand item away. Now, 24 hours alter, still no call telling what's happening......”

“I spent a fair amount of time researching what I was looking to buy and spoke to a number of vendors at 2015 Photography Show at the NEC. I found Jamie Dye at Calumet extremely helpful and personable to deal with. He knew his stuff and did everything he could to help me get to exactly what I wanted. Even though I had to wait for things to be delivered the contact from Calumet has been excellent and has already led to additional purchases post the show. I would have no hesitation in recommending Calumet for both expertise and attitude as well as offering a good deal on the equipment I bought.”

“I ordered 10 rolls of Fuji Provia, which is becoming increasingly difficult to find for a good price these days. Ordering was straightforward and the price was about the best I could find on then net. I was hoping to get delivery before Easter, as my previous purchases were usually delivered the next day. Sadly this was not to be, as I received an update from the courier saying that the parcel would be delivered on 2nd April, then another saying the package was not yet received from Calumet. Tracking updates were fairly good and package finally turned up on the Tuesday. Hopefully this was just a Bank Holiday glitch, but it has not put me off ordering again, I would also say the items were slightly over-packaged in a sturdy box with bubble wrap and air pillows, where a jiffy bag would probably have sufficed, but better safe than sorry I suppose.”

“Helpful and friendly service as usual. Staff have the time and interest which is lacking in so many other establishments. Nothing is too much trouble. Semi-retired now so don't visit as often as I used to, but when I do, I still feel very welcome. Latest acquisition was a back pack and I was encouraged to bring in my gear to make sure it fitted. Makes sense really but I know of others photographic outlets that don't make it easy to do what is really essential for such a purchase.”

“Amazing phone service fast and reliable, had to exchange my new Canon 5DIII because of the manufacturer fault, and the service was reliable, quick and polite, ive had my camera the next day in my hands as there were non in the store. Thanks ++”

“Excellent service, very fast delivery and a quality used lens exactly as described 12-24mm Nikon. Not had much use from the lens as yet but early signs are good and I will use Calumet again for future lens used Nikon purchases.”
