“I remember Calumet many many years ago as Pelling and Cross and they were far and away best pro shop in Manchester ... but not the cheapest. 25 years later I only went to Calumet because another online store was out of stock. Bought a Lowepro Vertex 200 AW bag. Expected higher price but actually, no! - same cheapest price and free almost instant delivery next morning. Most impressed - will def use again! Cheers Andywit”

“I would have given a good/very good as customer services dealt with the problem very well but I ordered a lens from the website as it was showing you had it in stock. After not hearing anything for a few days I had to phone to find out that it was not actually in stock and was on back order. Very disappointing as I would not have placed the order if I'd known that. Customer services got it too me as soon as they could but I had missed the weekend I wanted the lens for by that stage.”

“The reason I always go to Calumet is the staff...they are knowledgeable, helpful and have never tried to sell me anything I have not needed; the service in all depts has been a credit to Calumet, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them for the amateur, serious and clue-less(!) photographer”

“Ordered by telephone and the lady at Calumet was very nice and polite and made the ordering process a breeze, and the item was ready and waiting when I went in to the store. Had to follow up on something else and again the staff were very helpful and went above and beyond. Calumet comes highly recommended”

“The product I ordered was a billingham bag in black, it said it was out of stock but you could still order it, so I did and didn't hear anything for a few days. So I phone your customer service and they were great ! Very helpful and informative! I feel if you could send a expected deleivery date ?”

“After describing my need at some length, the part was out of stock at the store so was ordered and it arrived very promptly on the following day. It turned out to be the wrong product but I didn't find out until I'd cut open the pack and tried to fit it to the camera so I can't really return it. After a chat with one of the Nikon NPS people, I was able to buy the right product on-line. My nearest Calumet branch is some 60 miles away.”

“All my dealings with Calumet have been very efficiently dealt with. Their pricing I believe is fair and quite competitive. I particularly prefer their delivery system to other suppliers delivery, they tend to use Fedex, in my case, who again are very good,”

“Most items are out of stock. I'm surprised that Calumet let their stock get so low without re-ordering. When items are in stock, they are dispatched quickly, usually received in a couple of days, but, as in my case, only a part order, the rest is to follow. If you look at the web site, most of the stock is awaiting re-stocking. Not really impressed.”
