“I had a really good experience dealing with the direct sales team - very helpful and efficient. They checked stock with my local store and arranged same day delivery from there and we received the order within 90 minutes of our call.”

“I went to C's Edinburgh shop to buy a camera rucksack and came away with a very good shoulder bag. Being in the shop and trying out different products helped me make comparisons between ease of access, weight of bag and other criteria which are difficult to consider online. The assistant gave me all his time and gave a discount for the one I finally went for. Very happy with my choice and my shopping experience.”

“OK, for the record I like Calumet. I think they are a good store and in general provide a decent service to the photographic community. The staff are always friendly, reasonably knowledgeable and, do their best to help. However, I find Calumet's website to be almost unusable. For example, you can type in a specific product search i.e. for a specific lens hood, only for the search to produce a list of some 2500+ items that supposedly match your criteria! As a result I find myself looking elsewhere to source the product(s) I need. I'd grade Calumet higher if their website was better, but as it is......”

“The staff at Drummond street are way to cool. A smile doesn't cost anything. I also looked round the shop as I needed some stuff and almost everything I looked at didn't have a price on so I gave up and went to The Pro Centre.”

“I purchased two things in two separate transactions on the same day. The thing that they said was out of stock got sent to me within three days, the thing that was apparently in stock I haven't yet received 8 days on. I rang up and queried where my item was and apparently even though I had received an order confirmation it had not gone anywhere in house .... this was last Friday morning! To be fair they were very apologetic but I was hoping it was going to be delivered today but no such luck! So, although they are usually pretty good, on this occasion I am sorry to say they have been poor :(”

“The deliver was good for the tripod but I am still waiting for the cover you did not bother to tell me it was out of stock and had to ring you to find out what was happening. The lady on the phone did not appear to care and just offered to send the large bag (I ordered the medium) or my money back. Therefore not so happy. Very disappointed overall.”

“I had a specific but non-standard need and called to discuss it. I was extremely impressed and pleased with the swift action to meet my needs and the fact that the Calumet staff member went out of his way to find the items I was looking for. I would call it outstanding service Thank you as always for meeting my needs! - and for terrific professionalism.”
