“Excellent customer support at 18:00 when called to check status of my order. They called me back having got in touch with the courier to let me know it had been dropped off with a neighbour. Wish I could remember the ladies name, she was Scottish.”

“It was a busy time of day, but with a quick and knowledgeable service I was able to acquire the items needed for my photoshoot. I was unable to get two items, a sensor cleaning kit and fluid. These were on reserve and not stocked in other calumets which made no sense as the warehosue had many of these. So unfortunately I came away with less items as I didnt have the time to wait for deleivery. May be an idea to have some more in the shops.”

“Excellent service at Drummond Street. The item bought had to be ordered for which there was a suppliers delay. Despite this the Manager and staff at Drummond Street were very helpful in sorting out the problem.”

“A month ago I appeared at Calumet; asked for advice and went away with much to think about. Daniel had asked me questions about what I want from my photography, how I went about it and the problems I was meeting in trying to fulfil my hobby. Along the way many of my previous assumptions were challenged, worked through and dismissed. A month later I came back to buy (from Daniel) the camera that I had been 'advised' would meet my needs. Throughout the support, advice and open-ness was so refreshing, forthright and analytical. But why a month? I live in King's Lynn, being retired I no longer pass through London as I once did. I shall be back. Thank you”

“I bought a new Nikon D3200 camera body. I ordered one day and it was delivered the next. The item was very competitively priced. I did have to phone the customer services to query something and the gentleman was very helpful. I will shop here again and can definitely recommend Calumet Photographic.”

“I was a first time SLR buyer and choose Calumet because it was the closest proper camera shop to where I live , and the prices offered were very competitive. I went to the Birmingham shop on a Saturday and dealt with a woman who's name I don't remember ... However she was the most lovley and helpfull person I could have wished for . She started by asking about my needs and my budget and showed me my options in regard to cameras, kits, lenses etc. She explained the differences between them all and offered her opinion on which one she thought suited me. I left with a Nikon D5300 kit and couldn't be happier. I havnt put it down since . I will most definitely be returning when I need advice and some upgrades . Thank you calumet.”
